Cocoa Beach Towers es un hermoso complejo situado justo en la playa y junto al muelle de Cocoa Beach, donde se puede practicar surf, voleibol, pesca, restaurantes y el Tiki Bar. Cocoa Beach Towers se encuentra a pocos pasos de Ron Jon's Surf Shop, a una corta distancia en automóvil del Kennedy Space Center ya solo 45 minutos de todo lo que Orlando tiene para ofrecer (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orlando Premium Outlets).

Nice Beach Getaway

The condo was nice and clean. Has everything you need. Perfect beach spot and the beach wasn’t crowded. Close to restaurants and Publix. We will be back again!

Fab location

Great apartment within easy walk of the beach and the pier. Good sized pool and easy reach of restaurants etc. Clean, great size, everything we needed for our family holiday

Perfect vacation

We had a great vacation at Cocoa Beach Towers. It was so close to the beach and the views from the balcony were great. The condo itself as well maintained and very clean. Everything was just as described. We hope to come back!

Beautiful Condo with Great Location

We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend to anyone visiting area. Enjoyed sitting on deck with beach and pool views. Short walk to pier and comfortable beds.

Nice Condo!

Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. It was a great place to stay for our family. Clean and nice place…nice ocean views from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay here very much. And the manager was quick to respond with any questions.

This condo exceeded expectations! It was very clean and updated and the check in & check out process was seamless. I would recommend this property to anyone that is staying in Cocoa Beach. I will stay there again next time I am in the area.

Great location

Our son was playing at Space Coast (baseball) and we wanted to stay on the beach. Great location. Property was great, had beach chairs pool floats and sand toys, only suggestion would be a book of restaurants that are good in the area and also some fishing charters etc. we also got to see the rocket launch one of the nights.

Great condo. Quiet and family oriented grounds. Beach and pool access were great and there is a lot of things to do in walking distance! The unit has a washer and dryer which were very convenient and having a full kitchen was great!

Cocoa Beach get away

Nicely appointed property , has an ocean view from the deck but in my opinion, not "ocean front". Honestly, that was the only let down. Came with beach chairs, umbrella, and even some beach toys too. Would recommend just know that you do not have a view of the ocean unless you go out on the deck.

6 Days in Heaven

My sister and I over the past few years have had to deal with lifes adversities. Aging parents, husbands with cancer, high stress jobs. We were beaten down and had not vacationed in years. I decided to treat us and spent weeks scouring sites for the perfect place. I found it!!!! This condo is amazing. Beautifully decorated, steps from the beach and a beautiful pool. We left here rejuvenated and praying to come back very soon. Thank you so much

Great time at Cocoa Beach Towers

We had a super time. The beach was amazing and we enjoyed coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean views. The only thing that didn't work in our unit was the dryer but I will tell you Zareh made this right for us. He is very responsive and let us get our laundry dried in another unit while they tried to fix it. The unit itself is stocked with everything you need. We went out to eat a lot at many of the restaurants so didn't do much cooking. We didn't use the pool but used the boogie boards, umbrella and chairs provided. They also had a cooler for us to use. I would not hesitate to book here again and we are looking forward to another trip back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was just as it was shown in the pictures. There were 5 beach chairs that are very nice, 6 beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler and various beach toys for kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the view from the patio is beautiful. Great place to sit and drink coffee or whatever else. Seems like there was a review that mentioned issues with the washer & dryer. We did not experience any issues, everything worked fine. The unit had the detergent for clothes and for dishes already available. Possible areas for improvement are: 1.) the bathrooms do not have vents which can get pretty steamy after showers 2.) there is a serious lack of mirrors. There is only a small mirror in each bathroom and then a larger decorative mirror in the dining room. This leads to some issues when you have multiple people needing to get ready. An additional mirror in each of the bedrooms would be great, especially if at least one of them was a floor length mirror. Regardless of that we would definitely stay at this property again. It is a beautiful property and the management team was great to work with and was helpful.

Beautiful condo and very responsive management. The only oroblem was that we did receive instructions that the checkmark had to be pressed after the code was entered on they keypad lock. Our neighbor fortunately helped us with this when she saw us struggling. Otherwise everything was wo derful and i would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great beach experience.

We stayed in this unit a couple years ago and i am sad to report that it has gone downhill. Hardly any towels for bathing, pool was closed without explanation after the hurricane, the furniture is in complete disrepair and is filthy and the dryer apparently doesn’t dry……it took all day to dry one load of towels……. And i mean, i had to restart it five times. There is no cable to watch local tv (which would have been nice to have during a weather emergency) and the kitchen table is delaminating. We enjoyed our stay last time but i think maybe the unit could use an update and/or freshening up.

From the time I booked the place until we left everything was amazing. clean beautiful safe place to stay right on the beach great location to everything we needed had no problems checking in or checking out my questions were always answered promptly! Baseball Trip

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. It was close to the park. The ocean view is good, condo is clean and up to date. It was nice being on the beach after long days on the baseball field. A grocery store is across the street. Lots of restaurants and activities close by.

Property and complex was clean and pretty well maintained and updated. Great communication with property manager. Location is great for restaurants and shops.

Beach View

The location was great walking distance to peir and restaurants. Only had a few issues was not cleaned very well from last visitors hair in tub and shower balcony not cleaned off washing machine stored and locked could not get wet towels out. Over all pool area was clean and easy to get down to beach so overall I would give it a 80 out of 100 and would stay again.
