Super convenient to get to many attractions in both Superior and Duluth. Clean and cute place! Host very welcoming to humans and pets- even had doggie treats. Eve very helpful- knows area well to suggest great ideas for food and activities. Would stay here again.
Everything was super clean and nicely decorated! Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space for our family to spread out. It was nice to have multiple TVs for our kids and the full sized fridge was great, too!
Check in was very simple and expectations for check out were very clear. I loved having kitchen facilities available so we could cook and avoid having to eat out at every meal - that made our trip much more affordable!
So many amenities included: extra toilet paper, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, abundance of towels! The kitchen was gorgeous! Very detailed binder with directions, local events, etc! It was perfect for our weekend in Duluth!
The place was very comfortable and nice. We has thought it was closer to the lake however the owners shared more information and we found a trail that took you to the lake. The beach on the point was really lovely and water was warm. We had lots of fun!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
My family and I stayed for two weeks with our pets and the owner was very accommodating. The laundry machine is only accessible if you ask the downstairs tenet permission and pass through their residence. And if you’re on the larger size, the bathroom can be a challenge. Parking was It’s a cute older place with all the squeaks and groans, but very cozy. Park

We clearly state in our listing that laundry is only available for longer stays. We had it set up for you to use the laundry which is not in the other tenants residence, it has a separate entrance but you told us you wanted to have a laundromat date. The bathroom is larger than many others we have been in so we apologize if it wasn't large enough for you.
Was a convenient location for our family to unwind for a few days following a Boundary Waters canoe trip. Located in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to find. Dedicated parking spot with sidewalk was very helpful for unloading and loading our gear. Kids enjoyed the bunk room. Host was very helpful and communicated with us in the days leading up to the trip to make sure our needs were met.
The apartment was very neat & clean. It was redone in lovely colors and was welcoming, cozy, and well appointed. Eve was responsive and quite helpful as we had several questions about the area.
Clean, cozy and comfortable stay. Very good communication with the host, and a bunch of local recommendations from her prior to my stay was very nice. I chose this place due to the proximity to Duluth (driving in from WI) and it being pet friendly, as well as a reasonable price for the area. Would be very easy to be here for a longer period of time, I only had 2 nights. My only complaint is there is an extensive check out procedure including taking your trash/recycling out, washing your dishes, and because of the 100 up charge for “excessive pet fur” I ended up vacuuming and sweeping before I left. It’s a little much considering the cleaning fee charged, but that seems to be the norm with vacation rentals. Other than that, thank you EVe! For a lovely stay at your property.

Thank you again for staying and the nice review. Our cleaning gal charges us and we just pass that charge along to the guests. The site, unfortunately, tacks on more charge on top of what we already have there. We hope you will come again!
We have been hosting a VRBO in Duluth for over 10 years and enjoy it! We live in Duluth and enjoy sharing our love of the city and all of its trails with others. My husband and I are only into silent sports! We climb mountains, hike trails, paddle, Nordic ski, Mt bike, and more outside. We like to stay in quiet places that have no others nearby so all we hear is nature! We like to stay in places that allow no smoking anywhere and like to cook for ourselves! We are very clean and quiet people!
We have a vacation rental in Duluth, MN too called Urban Silent Sports Retreat. We are very flexible and strive to please making your stay a 5 star experience every time.
Why they chose this property
We chose to have a rental in this neighborhood because it is near some of our favorite places! The Superior Municipal Forest has amazing Nordic trails that are groomed daily. Bear Creek Trail has over 40 bridges to traverse on bike or foot and few to no others. Wisconsin Point is easy access to Lake Superior and the beaches without the crowds. Bear Creek Bungalow is on a large corner lot in a very safe, quiet neighborhood and we even have a police officer across the alley!
What makes this property unique
Our property is one of very few if any in this particular neighborhood where you can walk or bike to Lake Superior and the amazing trails in the area. Wisconsin Point has 5 miles of sand beaches which have a traffic free route unlike Park Point in Duluth!
