Remodeled in 2021, this 4BR multi-level townhouse comfortably accommodates 12. Your stay here includes access to the village’s amenities, including private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and children’s play area. It’s just a 2-mile drive to Heavenly, and you’ll be within walking distance of popular shops, restaurants and pubs.
This home does not have air conditioning.

This home can host a maximum of 10 adults and up to 2 children under 13 years of age, this applies 24/7. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12.

As you enter onto level 1, you will see bedrooms 1, 2, & 3. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom w/ a king-sized bed, HDTV, & full bathroom w/ a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed & shares the full hall bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds & shares the full hall bathroom as well.

Walk upstairs to find the living room, kitchen, dining area, & sliding door to your own private balcony. This room configuration is all about getting everyone together. Gather around the gas fireplace inlaid in a stone wall, or watch the HDTV mounted above. The floors in the living room are heated, so you'll stay extra comfy in winter. There’s plenty of seating among the couches, & the table between the couches makes for a great space to play board games w/ friends a& family. The dining table seats 8, w/ additional seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen has updated appliances, including a dishwasher.

Bedroom 4 is located on level 2. This bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, and shares the bathroom of this level, which has a walk in shower and separate vanity area.

Continue up the staircase to level 3, where you’ll find a full bed, overlooks the living level below, & shares the bathroom on level 2.

Throughout the home you can enjoy HDTVs with cable and free wifi.

There is also a BBQ you can cook up a scrumptious meal on in the summer or winter.

This beautifully updated unit is only available through RnR Vacation Rentals. Renting through RnR allows you to pick your unit and includes access to all amenities including the pools, hot tubs, beach, fitness center.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

IMPORTANT: This home is not available through the on-site property managment and does not include access to the maid service, the shuttle van, or towel service. We have plenty of linens and towels for your use in the home.

There is nearby boat, SUP and kayak rentals within walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer as well as on-site ski and snowboard rental in the winter.

Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 2 mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort, and walking distance to Safeway grocery store, CVS drug store, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling.
