What a view

Really like the property and location. Overall nice unit the umbrella and chairs they have in the unit need updating we didn’t use them we just rented from the chair vender and was guaranteed a front row view everyday without carrying a bunch of stuff to the beach. I would definitely stay here again

Great spot

Very sweet condo right on the beach with a nice pool. This condo isn’t big so not as many people and not as loud. Laundry being out of the condo was different but it worked. We would stay here again.

This is my second time staying in this condo. I love that it's right on the beach. The check-in is very easy. My favorite part is the balcony overlooking the beach. I like that it's a smaller complex so less people.

The reason to stay here is the magestic views. Not just one view but two. The apartment was great with small touches to make your stay feel like home. Wonderful owner who was so helpful. Jackie who is on site is awesome and very helpful.

Fun time at ft walton beach

My family had a wonderful time at the beach! It was extremely handy to have beach chairs and a umbrella to use on the beach and many items for the kids to play with on the beach 🏝! Loved the deck patio! Such an amazing view! Saw dolphins and a sawfish and an egret.

My husband and I have been coming to Aqua Villa since our honeymoon there in 1994. My folks owned two units, and we bought this condo from them in December 2015. This is "home away from home", and it's treated like that!

Why they chose this property

Aqua Villa is smaller - just 24 condos total - and you don't need to walk through a lobby to get to the beach. Just walk right out the front door, down a small set of stairs and you're at the pool! (There is an elevator too for when you have luggage, etc). You'll love staying here.

What makes this property unique

Since Aqua Villa has just 24 units and an expansive shoreline in front of it, there is always front-row room at the beach for everyone. (The larger condos with a lot of people often have crowded beaches in front of them with rmultiple ows of umbrellas and chairs.)
