Welcome to this remodeled 3-bedroom Noblesville home, updated in 2024 and designed for families, business travelers, concert guests, and sports visitors. The home sleeps up to six and includes three queen bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a 75-inch Smart TV, family-friendly extras, and a fenced backyard with a basketball hoop.

You’ll be about 5 minutes from downtown Noblesville, 10 minutes from Ruoff Music Center and the Arena at Innovation Mile, 15 minutes from Fishers Event Center, and 20 minutes from Grand Park. It’s a comfortable home base for concerts, tournaments, work trips, family visits, or weekend stays.

Security: There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside the home.

We loved this adorable place! The hosts were quick to respond and the house had everything you could need. It was immaculate and had thoughtful touches everywhere - spices, coffee creamer, little hall nightlights, super comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for our group. We attended a concert at Ruoff. Very clean and nicely furnished. We had off street parking. The beds were comfy. Host was very accommodating.

Perfect place to stay for our nearby wedding. Clean, quiet neighborhood and so close to the Milltop wedding venue. The host checked in to make sure everything was ok. Super nice rental. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We came for a concert at the Ruoff Music Center and it was close by and easy to get to! The location of this property is perfect and in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood! Couldn’t ask for a better host….communication was so easy with her. The house is very clean and feels like home! Will be staying here again next time we are up this way!

Great Stay

The property was just like the listing showed. Clean, well-stocked with essentials, and comfortable. Plenty of space for a family (plus thoughtful touches of games and activities for children available). The hosts communicated all the information I needed & check in/check out was a breeze.
