Modern open concept condo with vaulted ceilings. Includes double sliders front and rear to access both lanais, while providing a serene and scenic preserve and golf course view in the rear. Full entertainment package includes: 85” Samsung television with integrated audio speakers and subwoofer amplification, Fision TV Digital Access Package and High Speed Internet 200. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter top peninsula and island seating along with stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked to include air frier/convection oven, panini press, crock pot and vitamix blender. A spacious master suite with king bed and 55” smart TV. Also, includes dual walk-in closets and ensuite bath with dual vanities. Linens and towels included throughout. Guest bedroom and den/converted into 3rd bedroom have queen beds. Plenty of room for a home office in the Den.
