Great house near Venice Beach!

This house was amazing for our family to stay in during our short visit to Venice Beach. Our two young boys loved the pool and pool toys. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the warm Florida weather.

Perfect Home in a Perfect Location!

Close to everything you want to be! Pristine home setup very nicely. Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house of the other two bedrooms which is a plus.Master bedroom has access to the pool, and so do the other two bedrooms via the bathroom having a door to the pool area as well.Loved the area and we were so close to everything test property with an attentive owner.

Wedding 2025

Myself, my friend, and her family were in Florida to attend a wedding. The house was great, and the host was always available to answer a question or for whatever else you may need. The pool was clean and ready for use. Unfortunately, it was a bit chilly in Florida. All in all I’d stay again if I ever needed.

Great family home

We stayed for a week. The house was great, pool was awesome. Enjoyed the fresh fruit trees. My grandkids lived the sapodillas and mangos. The owner was very accessible. Look forward to going back.

Great Location

This was a great place to stay for our family. We loved the location! It was about 10 minutes from Venice beach or Casperson beach. It was also close to downtown Venice.

Great Choice

My family and I stayed for nearly a week. House is conveniently located close to everything. Homeowner was readily available to answer any questions and provided anything we needed for the house. Can’t wait to stay there again. Great choice and absolutely amazing!!

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay. The location is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and were able to enjoy the luxuries of the home. The beach was less than a 10-minutes drive and very beautiful. Brian was very professional and a delight to deal with! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away for a few days!

Great Place in Venice

This place was great for our month long stay in the Venice area. Short drive to the beach and shopping. Large fenced backyard for our dogs. Nice pool to sit around or swim in during warm weather. Owner quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again if back in the area.

Perfect for family

Perfect location and amenities for our family of 5. We were going to Fox Lea for a horse show for the weekend and it was very close. The pool and yard were perfect for the family. We will certainly plan on staying again! And we recommended to other families coming to the area.

Perfect!

This was one of our favorite rentals. It’s a lovely home, very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, didn’t run out of hot water despite multiple showers in a row. Of course, the pool was a hit with the kids. Very close to multiple beaches, plenty of stores a short drive away. Brian was wonderfully responsive, an excellent host! We will be back next year.

Great experience

Wonderful place to vacation. Close to downtown and beaches. Owner was very kind, easy to check in and out and it was a great experience overall. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Very nice place, you’d have to see it and experience it yourself! Enjoy!

We loved our stay! The property had everything we needed and we were very comfortable!

The property was just as listed! Brian was very easy to work with and very communicative. We enjoyed the pool when the weather cooperated (no one can control that), and we were very comfortable inside hanging out and playing games when it didn’t. The location was great! We were able to get back and forth to the beach easily and there were plenty of great shops, grocery stores, and restaurants! We would stay again!

Love Venice

1. Landlord was very responsive 2. Storage containers, towel racks, additional seating and l LIGHTING are needed 3. Pool heater and cover would allow swimming 4. Update description: there is no queen bed... All double Given a chance, I'm sure this landlord will be one of the best!

Wonderful property

We booked this house as an 8 day vacation but we wish we could have stayed longer! Brian was a great host! Easy to communicate with. Absolutely no complaints at all. The house is more beautiful in person. It’s decorated beautifully, very welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds are very comfortable, we only used the master bedroom as it was just my husband and I and the bathroom suite was beautiful. The pool area was clean and tidy, absolutely gorgeous pool. The location was also perfect. Quiet friendly neighborhood. A short drive to a number of beautiful beaches and restaurants and shops. We found it perfect in every way. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone. And the next time we plan a trip to Venice we would love to stay here again. I almost forgot the yard, beautiful back yard, two side areas one is fenced so if your bringing your dogs it’s perfect. We especially loved the trees.. lots of fruit trees including 2 mango trees. My new favorite fruit is Mango now. Brian said to help ourselves and they were delicious. Thank you for having us Brian it was a pleasure.
