Our property, Formosa Gardens, is committed to your safety, especially during these times. We have implemented new cleaning procedures in response to COVID-19. When you stay at our villa, you will have contact-free entry using a unique gate code for the subdivision and a specific code for the front door and alarm system. There is no need to check in with anyone during your stay.

Please note that pool and spa heating is available for an additional $39.73 per night, including taxes.

We have recently completed extensive renovations. This includes new flooring and a complete refurbishment of all three bathrooms and the kitchen. The pool has been revamped with a new surface, a glass-tiled border, and a delightful dolphin mosaic at the bottom. Additionally, the pool has been converted to a saltwater system, and we have installed a brand-new filter and gas heater. Both the interior and exterior of the villa have been repainted, and new furniture has been added to the living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, and two twin bedrooms. We have also updated the mattresses and bedding. We have installed a doorbell camera on the front door and a camera overlooking the pool equipment. The pool equipment camera is positioned specifically to monitor the equipment area only; it does not capture any part of the pool, pool deck, covered lanai, or other outdoor spaces.

Our villa offers privacy as it backs onto a stunning lake in the exclusive gated community of Formosa Gardens, with views of Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios fireworks, and it's just minutes away from Disney World. Situated just off 192, the villa provides easy access to various restaurants and shopping centers.

The entire villa is air-conditioned, and all common areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and a gas BBQ, along with an eating area. There is also a separate dining room. Additionally, the villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Our villa features two living areas, including a family room with cable TV, a DVD player, and an Xbox. Each bedroom is also equipped with cable TV. We offer free Wi-Fi and long-distance calling to the U.S.A. and Canada.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a comfortable seating area. The newly renovated master bathroom is equipped with a wet room containing a stand-alone tub, a new shower system, and a seating area. Additionally, there are two sinks and a vanity area. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own newly renovated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms each have two twin beds and share the newly renovated third full bathroom. We provide all linens, towels, and pool towels for your convenience, as well as a crib, bedding, and a high chair if you require them.

The gas-heated pool and spa are protected with alarms on all doors leading to the pool area to ensure the safety of children. The pool deck provides ample seating, lounge chairs, and tables for relaxation. There's also a covered lanai area with cable TV, offering a shaded spot to enjoy the pool and lake views.

In addition, we have a garage games room equipped with a pool table, foosball table, TV, and a bar-height table for your enjoyment.

Our villa is locally managed and offers 24-hour emergency service, ensuring assistance in case of any issues during your stay.

The rigorous cleaning program that has always been in force has now been updated and enhanced to include extensive sanitization and disinfecting disciplines covering all major surfaces and frequently touched areas and items. This includes, but is not limited to:

Subject to supply and availability, we also seek to provide liquid soap and washable cleaning cloths for you to use during your stay and thereby ensure the continued protection of your family whilst on the property.
Should you experience a technical or maintenance issue during your stay, many of these can be resolved over the phone with our management company.
