Welcome to The Suite Retreat at Windsor Hills. Our 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom luxury villa is equipped with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Located in the prestigious, guard gated Windsor Hills Resort; you will be minutes from Disney and other top attractions, plus receive complimentary access to Windsor Hills 5 star amenities including the water park and double olympic sized, zero entry pool. Our home features a private screened pool with spillover spa and covered lanai (complimentary pool heat and BBQ). Family game nights are covered in our game room that includes a 125 inch theater screen connected to a 4K UHD smart projector, Xbox series S, and a Nintendo Switch, multiple arcade games, a pool table with ping pong topper, and air hockey table. The kids will love our Harry Potter and Mickey & Friends themed bedrooms, plus don't forget to check out the Cupboard Under the Stairs. We look forward to hosting your next vacation!

Outdoor Features

• Fully screened private pool with spillover spa. Perfect for soaking after long days at the theme parks!
• Complimentary pool and spa heat. The pool is heated to 88 degrees, spa is 102 degrees. These are heated using a heat pump so temps may vary during extreme cold weather.
• Our pool gets plenty of sun throughout the day.
• Covered lanai with ceiling fan, 55 inch Roku Smart TV, table and 4 chairs, plus two loungers, and two chairs that recline. Plastic drink ware and dishes are provided for use around the pool.
• Security gate around the pool.
• The sliding door to the pool features a pool safety alarm.
• Complimentary BBQ propane grill. We do ask that you clean it after use.
• Large backyard with lots of green space creating separation from rear neighbors.
• Neighboring homes are offset creating a relative sense of privacy on our pool deck.
• Our home is located directly across from one of the resort playgrounds, which includes a large field for your family to enjoy.

• Free private parking for three cars (parking for a 4th car in overflow parking may be available if space allows with prior approval)

• Check in at 4:00 pm. Check out at 10:00 am.
• Windsor Hills Resort is a family friendly community and enforces quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
