We had a great stay at this home. Very, clean and comfortable. It was especially nice to have everything pretty much on one level. Lori was a great host with quick responses to any of my questions. Definitely recommend this home!

Very sweet home, fabulous location right next to the University and just minutes from downtown. The open kitchen/dining room was perfect for visiting with family and the sunken livingroom made for a semi-seperate space (for us this was a great place for the kids to hang out without being in the way!) Lots of nice details in the home, for example, well stocked with laundry soap, cleaning products, shampoo etc. Lots of nice kitchen details also, like a crock pot, nice cookware, blender, measuring cups, even Tupperware and Ziploc, which is rare in home rentals! We really enjoyed this space!

Lori provides a wonderful place to call your ‘home’ while visiting Spearfish and the surrounding area. We will definitely to use it in future visits.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Spearfish! The location was perfect—easy to find, conveniently located next to BHSU, and just a short drive or walk to downtown.The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches, including Kleenex, coffee pods, lotion, and other little extras that made us feel right at home. The beds were especially comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax.Lori was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was always helpful and responsive.We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the Spearfish area. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay here at this home! It was clean and stocked with everything we might have needed. The yard, deck and parking were a plus. The renter in the basement that we didn’t know about before hand was a minus.
