Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Ocean Beach Shores, Lavallette retreat. Located one block from the beach in a private beach community of Ocean Beach Shores in North Lavallette, wide paved private street with sidewalks and off-street parking for 3 cars. Home has three bedrooms (2-full, 2 twin) with a pull out sofa bed in the living room, total sleeping accommodations for eight. Two full bathrooms. Full bath with a shower and a full bath with a tub enclosure. Hot/Cold outdoor enclosed shower. Linens NOT supplied.
Full size eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, large family room, laundry room. Outdoor patio with furniture, gas grill, and clothesline. Rear yard is totally fenced in for pets (2 dog maximum allowed, inquire).
NO SMOKING.
