New to market! Recently renovated 4 Bedroom 2 Bath home is Oceanblock and just steps away from both the beach and the heart of Lavallette. The home is great for entertaining featuring large indoor + outdoor space. Enjoy the ocean breeze in one of two enclosed sunrooms, take a stroll on the beach, or walk over to some of the great local shops and restaurants! Parking is available onsite along with 6 beach tags.

Location is very good; my family enjoyed walking to eateries and stores, yet once you were on the beach block it was very peaceful&quiet. A very lovely beach. We would definitely rent here again

Beautiful stay

The house is beautiful, clean, wonderfully decorated and very, very comfortable. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. Was a wonderful stay in the house, and we found our new home on the shore.

Great location on the ocean block in the middle of Lavallette. This 4 br beach bungalow was well appointed and nicely decorated. The property could have been cleaned up a bit, and there were a few very minor annoyances - occasional ants in kitchen, tv freezing, no usable master closet (until we moved some items kept there in storage) but none of this detracted from an enjoyable stay. Thank you !

There was plenty of room for eight Girls and plenty of hot water for eight showers! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms are updated. Kitchen is well-appointed. Large, cozy sectional sofa. Decorated appealingly. Conveniently just a moments walk to the ocean, bay, tennis/pickle courts, shopping and restaurants. Abbe, our host, was attentive and responsive. We had a perfect Autumn Weekend in Lavalette!

We lost central a/c mid stay on the first floor. Owner provided window units. The next to last night, second floor a/c unit began to fail. We all slept last night on first floor.Propane ran out later in week. I had to exchange for a new tank on my dime. Owner said, providing gas was not something they normally do— in a email reply.TV froze, an issue noted by an earlier renter.House is really nice, location great, but the multiple issues turned a potentially 10 vacation into one frustration after another.

Unfortunately, the central A/C experienced an unexpected failure, and we did our best to provide window units as quickly as possible to keep everyone comfortable. We’re happy to share that the A/C has since been fully repaired, and the Wi-Fi issue that was causing the TV to freeze has also been resolved. We appreciate your kind words about the home and location and are sorry these unexpected issues impacted your experience. We take a lot of pride in our home and in providing a great stay for our guests, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future under much better circumstances!

Lovely house; very comfortable. A great location, short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. For suggestions, a couple dish towels in the kitchen and a couple extra hand towels would be appreciated.
