Welcome to our spacious 4,000-square-foot home in Clinton Township, MI! This four-bedroom, four-bath property is ideal for families, friends, and business travelers seeking comfort and convenience. You can find local attractions, shopping, dining, and parks just a short drive away. This home offers luxury and privacy in a vibrant community.

* Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and bathtub, walk-in closet, and television
* Bedroom 2: King-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub
* Bedroom 3: King-size bed, shared bathroom with shower
* Bedroom 4: King-size bed, private bathroom with shower
The first floor features the main bedroom suite with a private balcony overlooking lush greenery. The main floor also offers additional bedrooms and bathrooms, including a full bath and a half bath.
Main Living Areas & Amenities
Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and essential cookware. Meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen or dining room table, which seats ten. The main floor also includes a comfortable living room and a private office with a high-speed internet setup, a multi-monitor station, a standing desk, and a walking treadmill pad.
Step outside to an oversized deck with a BBQ grill and ample seating. This deck overlooks a beautifully landscaped backyard and side yard that spans approximately 1 acre, perfect for relaxing, dining, or playing.
Parking: The property includes five accessible parking spaces, with a three-car garage (garage use is not included in the rental).
Security: Eight outdoor motion-detecting cameras, a Ring doorbell, and an active security system ensure peace of mind.
