Welcome to paradise!! This lovely maintained 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor with long views of Madeira Beach. The den in this unit is equipped with an additional bed making it nice and comfortable for all. Fully stocked and updated kitchen, updated bathrooms with walk-in shower in the master bath, furnished and screened in balcony off of master bedroom and living area, full size washer and dryer in unit, heated pool on grounds and so much more! Villa Madeira has a great location that is approximately 1 mile from John’s Pass and near shopping, restaurants and other beach activities. Come and visit today! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area. Villa Madeira is a direct beachfront building right in the middle of quaint Madeira Beach, a small beach town that is approximately 2 miles long. Consisting of 50 units; all units face West so all will have a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from their private, screened in balconies.

Very convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. The host was very helpful throughout the whole process regarding any changes or if we had any questions.

Nice vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay and would go back to this area again. Beach area was not crowded and condo was nice. would recommend this and hope to go back again.

Enjoyed the stay

I went with my two adult sons and wives and had such a great time. It was relaxing, seen lots of dolphins from our balcony. The unit was clean and spacious.

Excellent vacation

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Villa Madeira. The condo was clean, updated and in a great location right on the beach. The overall condo building isn’t that large so the beach didn’t feel crowded with people. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Great location

Couldn't ask for much better for the price. Clean condo on the beach. Fairly quiet area. Within walking distance of several stores/restaurants. John's Pass is just down the road.

Condo Review

Our stay in Unit #407 was great. It was clean and the view of the Gulf and sunsets were amazing! Nice place to get some rest and relaxation. We definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Very relaxing

We were very impressed with the unit, neighborhood & overall stay. We did have an electrical problem but Zach from Resort Rentals came right over & had it fixed in no time. Would love to come back!!

Great stay

Location is ideal. Beach is beautiful. Enjoyed the pool. Unit was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We did wish there were beach towels - if there were, we couldn't find them. And we had to drive a bit to get the keys to check it. But overall a wonderful stay.

Madeira Beach

The condo is in a great location on the beach close to John’s Pass and other amenities. The find is just as pictured. The third bedroom is limited by the laundry space that is also there. The kitchen is fairly appointed. The key access is inconvenient having to drive to St Pates Beach to pick up and drop off. If you have an early or late flight it is one more step before you can come or leave.

Florida vacation

The unit was nice. Great views. Well stocked. Lining provided. The third bedroom was interesting with washer and dryer behind curtain. We were aware of this because of other reviews. We made it work. Many restaurants near by. John's Pass is about a mile from the unit. The beach is pretty much private in front of the units.we made many visits to the ice cream and candy shop across the street. It was a great stay.

Property and condo was as described. Only two items to point out and one observation. First the lack of ceiling fans in the condo was a real downer, especially with the owners request to keep the thermostat no lower than 72. A 20 Walmart box fan made us feel like we were sleeping in a dorm in the 1970s. A couple bucks on ceiling fans throughout and on the balcony would go a long way. The second occurred every morning during our second week. It says it is a non-smoking property but someone every morning between 9:00 and 9:30 would start smoking pot on their balcony (we believe directly below us) which would force us inside to eat breakfast and have coffee. My observation, as the vp of a construction firm, is the lack of progress by the construction workers on the property is unbelievable. I understand the heat and humidity will slow production but come on, they spend most of the day talking and wasting time. It was the main talking point for all the guests.

Good overall

The storm took the elevator out which made getting up and down the stairs a problem with a handicapped member of our family as well as trying to carry the suitcases up and down the stairs. They did offer to move us to another property, however it was not comparable, so we decided to just stay put. Coffee maker was an antique fire hazard with no coffee filters provided, we bought a new coffee maker and left it for future guests. We also left behind some nice beach towels, hopefully they will leave them for future guests. The pool was nice and it was nice to have lounge chairs available with a view of the beach. Balconies provided awesome views, overall a very nice place.

Inconvenient but alright...

The property was as advertised. It was clean and furnished. It was very inconvenient, though, for those who are flying in (with no plans to rent a car) to have to make a stop at an office 10 minutes away to pick up keys. (And vice versa) In addition, when providing a beach facility to guests… why would you not offer beach towels? Or why wouldn't you provide starter trash bags or starter washing detergent? Although check out time is 10am… the cleaning crew arrived at 915am. All these things may not seem like a big deal to the owners, but it is a real inconvenience for the renters. .

DIRTY!!

VERY POOR as to the unit itself. Sheets in one bedroom had sand in them (we washed them ourselves that evening). Another bedroom had hair on pillows (washed those as well that evening). Utensils appeared dirty so we ran all that through the wash as well. Should be ashamed to charge over two hundred dollars for "cleaning service"!! One of the door keys was slightly bent/twisted so had to play with the lock every time opened or locked unit with that key. Did I mention the shower water pressure was lousy?...It was. Redeeming quality was the location on the beach. Would I rent there again?...NOT A CHANCE

A place to stay that close to everything.

This condo is right on a beautiful beach which was very convenient! We have a toddler and this location made it very easy to just pack up and go when we were done swimming for the day. This condo is also in a great location for a lot of attractions and good food close by. It was clean all except for the area rug in the living room. I think it definitely needs shampooed or replaced. Other than that, everything was up to standard. The check in process was a bit much, as the check in office is 12 minutes away. They don’t keep extra linens in the condo but they give you enough to get by for a few days and there’s a washer and dryer available for use. We used both and they worked just fine. They didn’t provide trash bags but there was a Walmart 8 minutes away. I did enjoy the convenience of the trash shoot right outside of our door. But overall I give this condo 4 stars! Thank you so much for having us.

Beautiful beach location!

Probably the most important thing we look for when vacationing is the beach. The beach at Villa Madeira is absolutely beautiful. It is expansive, clean powdery white sand.The condo was decent sized but keep in mind the third bedroom is where the washer and dryer are located. The master bedroom was very spacious and the master bath was really nice. The other bedroom had a double bed and a single with decent amount of room..When we arrived there was definitely a musty smell that persisted for the entire month we were there. There were also some maintenance and cleaning issues, but we reached out to Resort Rentals and they responded immediately so thumbs up to them!The biggest disappointment was the outdoor amenities. We were lead to believe the pool and the other outdoor gathering spaces would be usable by the time we arrived on Feb 22 (hurricane happened in October). Sadly, none of it was repaired. During the full month we were there we didn’t witness any progress with the restoration of these key areas. One of the main reasons we chose Villa Madeira was for the great pool and outdoor areas. We were disappointed to say the least. It was very expensive to stay for a month but in hind sight it wasn’t worth the price. I hope they succeed in restoring this feature but I would definitely recommend questioning the status before booking here.

Great stay in Maderia Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You couldn't ask for a better view, location, and access to beach. Everything is so convenient. Place is great. Bedding situation was unusual. Be aware that their is a twin bed in with a queen so if you are bringing 6 - and especially if there are couples one person will sleep in a room with a couple. Then one room only has a twin. We made it work and everything about the place made this small thing no big deal. Would definitely go back to this unit.

Another Great Vacation

This is our 2nd stay in this condo. We love it! Condo is beautiful and well stocked. Property is well maintained and convenient to everything you need. The beach is gorgeous! You can’t go wrong here!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall nice unit but does need minor fixes. The bedroom layout was not exactly as advertised 1 king. 1 full 1 twin in a bedroom. Full bed in tiny room where washer and dryer are located.

Nice condo/great beach location

Nice condo. Matched the pictures from the listing. Beach was absolutely gorgeous and the ocean is only steps away. Only complaint was the key situation...only 2 sets of keys is hard with teenagers going in different directions. Keypad entry/beach access would be much easier. But overall, great vacation!!!

Nice location, easy beach access

We had a great stay. We really enjoyed how easy it was to get to the beach. We also enjoyed that it wasn’t a huge condo complex. The only complaint is that while we were there, the roof underwent construction. It would have been nice to know this ahead and time. There was lots of construction noise. We would still stay again at this location though.
