Upon entering this complex you’ll be greeted by a warm and welcoming vibe throughout this beachfront community. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sits atop the 8th floor on the very end, maximizing your beachfront and emerald water view through nearly every space in this condo. This unit features a full and updated kitchen with a breakfast nook and a dining table, a beachfront living room, a beachfront master suite, large and private balcony, full-sized washer and dryer, and all of the touches of home to make for the best beach retreat.

The living room boasts plenty of comfortable space for everyone on the sectional with views of the beach from every corner. The sectional has a queen sized sleeper bed in it as well. There is a TV for catching up on your favorite shows and a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to the private 8th floor balcony.

The beachfront master bedroom features a brand new king-sized bed that is adjustable, TV, private ensuite bathroom and walk in closet, plus access to the beachfront balcony. The private attached master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a double vanity sink.

The guest bathroom features a walk in shower, and is right next to the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, plus a full-sized upgraded futon and the bedroom has its own TV.

There is free wifi throughout the entire unit, and towels and linens provided for your stay- just pack your swimsuit and flip flops!

This property is directly on the beach, so you are just steps to the sugar sand beach right behind this building, and of course the Gulf of Mexico. You are also steps from the beachfront community pool and hot tub, too.

Right across Gulf Blvd is numerous shopping centers with restaurants, bars, local shops, convenient stores, and ice cream, too! Enjoy Madeira Beach without even having to drive. This complex is just 1.9 miles away from John's Pass Fishing Village and Boardwalk for more fun, and world famous Clearwater Beach is 13.6 miles away.
