Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed this lovely location and found the unit spacious and nicely decorated!! We do apologize for any work that may have been taking place from neighboring buildings. Unfortunately, with not managing units at the building next door it does leave us uninformed of any work schedules that are happening, we are so sorry this was taking place during the time of your stay. In regard to the building itself, this is something that has come up in the past and has been looked at and has not been of concern. The condo association conducts engineering studies, as required by state legislation, and will continue to do inspections as required. We are sorry for any concerns you had with this. It is true that the lobby does require a hard key for access, so therefore we do need to have our guests come to our office location for that pick up and drop off. We hope to work with the condo association with an update to this, as it would need to be done through the association directly and is out of our control at this time. Hopefully we can make that adjustment sooner than later!!! So glad you enjoyed Madeira Beach, it really is a little slice of heaven here and we hope to host you for another visit.

We did want to let you know that the master bedroom mattress has been replaced, 2 new couches and a new chair for the living room were put in and additional kitchen items were added. With only 15 units total in this building it does give you the "perks" of not having to share with as many guests and we are glad you liked that aspect of it!
