The Space
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table that comfortably seats 8 people. It features a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, food processors, and a wide selection of cooking utensils. The kitchen opens onto a dining room with large sliding windows that provide direct access to the garden. The kitchen is open to the living room, which in turn leads to a hallway where you’ll find the second entrance and a bathroom with a shower. A spacious covered patio, accessible from the kitchen and dining room, is the perfect spot for al fresco dining while enjoying a bottle of local Montepulciano and watching the magnificent sunset over the mountains.

A very comfortable staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower and bidet. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. One of the bedrooms also features a wonderful panoramic terrace. The hallway leads to a spacious terrace with breathtaking views.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is also a pellet stove in the kitchen for our winter guests, in addition to the central heating.
