Stay comfortably in Kissimmee at this spacious 4-bedroom townhome. Perfect for families or groups of friends. this amazing 2-story property features:
- 1 master bedroom on the first floor with a king bed and it's own private bathroom, plus office space and walk-in closet.
- A master bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed and private bathroom.
- On the second floor as well, a third bedroom with a queen bed with its own closet. If you're a Disney fan, this is the room for you!
- And a fourth bedroom with 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed with an Armoir and shelves.

Great location, near Disney, south of Orlando and close to MCO airport. To Universal is an easy drive. The bathroom downstairs includes a jetted bathtub, where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the parks.

Kitchen is equipped with all the supplies you may need, pots, pans, toaster oven, coffee pot and newly acquired microwave. There's plenty of silverware to avoid using plastic and being eco-friendly. Minutes away you'll find grocery stores.

For home entertainment, there are toys in the "kids room", this is the room where you find the full and twin bed; all the other bedrooms have a Smart TV and you can easily connect with the complimentary WiFi.

There are hand towels in all the bathrooms and we use environmentally friendly reusable containers for soap. There is also shampoo and conditioner.

Resort fees included. Enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the pool areas and hot tub. This gated community also offers sidewalks around the pond, enjoy the beautiful fountain. If walking is not your thing, there are benches where you can sit down and enjoy a beverage. There's also a fitness room, basketball courts, volleyball and tennis courts.

Host was excellent. Great communication and readily avaliable. Location was ideal, halfway between parks. Kitchen would be a bit tight to do much cooking, but well stocked. We slept great and had a wonderful stay.

Simply amazing!!!!

The house was absolutely PERFECT!! My husband and I are traveling with our 6 children (6-15 years old) It was the best option that was available and by LUCK it was the most affordable!! The four bedrooms and three full bathrooms were exactly what our family needed to have a more than comfortable stay. The pools (multiple) and hot tub were always clean, and open until 11pm! The play grounds and basketball court were great for our kids! The owner had amazing communication. Was available for any and all questions, with QUICK responses. We arrived earlier then expected and the owner made same day adjustments for us which allowed us to have the property early on short notice. I could go on and on about how great our experience was. We will be back! This house made our trip so smooth and easy! Thank you!!!

Our service dog Mugsy was welcomed like family. Kitchen was stocked with the basic needs and functional. Place was clean and very welcoming. Adriana was most accommodating when things needed addressed, also keep in touch to see how we were doing or needed any thing

The townhouse is located in a peaceful, family-friendly community with access to not one but three pools — perfect for a morning swim or an afternoon break between adventures. I recently remodeled the space to make it more comfortable, cozy, and stylish, with families and groups in mind. It’s designed to be a place you can truly unwind and enjoy.

Hosting has become a natural extension of what I already love to do — travel and connect with people. I’ve always enjoyed having friends and family over, creating spaces where people feel welcomed, relaxed, and taken care of. Now, I get to share that same feeling with guests from all over the world.

There are also BBQ pits for outdoor cookouts, a car wash station for your convenience, and a beautiful lake that’s ideal for peaceful strolls in the morning or evening.

Our 4-bedroom townhouse is designed with both comfort and convenience in mind. It offers two suites, each with its own private bedroom — perfect for families or groups who want their own space. As a corner house, it has easy access and extra privacy, giving you a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the action.

The open-concept kitchen creates a spacious, inviting area for dining and socializing, and it’s fully equipped with everything you need for meals and snacks. I’ve made sure to include comfortable, high-quality beds to ensure you get a great night’s sleep: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full, and 1 twin. For families with little ones, I’ve even included a high chair for your convenience.

To make your stay extra special, I’ve stocked the kitchen with wine glasses for the adults and designed the home to be as practical as it is relaxing. The air conditioning system is equipped with a blue laser filter, which helps clean the air for a healthier environment. Plus, all the blinds have recently been replaced to make them easier to use and give the space a fresh, modern look.

We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, whether you're here for a quick trip or an extended vacation.
