Wonderfully layed out home with pool for our family of 5. Great to take a swim after a long day at the park. Wish it was located closer to parks and there were more restaurants etc closer.

Nice Getaway

My family had to come to town for a wedding. This place was very nice, we didn't have a chance to use all the amenities, but will visit again when I have a chance. The house was spacious and was able to accommodate my family.

Nice property

Easy process. Nice amenities at the clubhouse. Kids loved pool, hot tub and basketball court. We loved the tiki bar.

Volleyball Nationals Trip

We came for the Nationals tournament and stayed here. Traffic was sometimes a bear and sometimes not but that would be the only complaint I had. The unit was perfect for our family and the community was quiet and had so much to offer! The staff at the gate and the clubhouse were so friendly and kind. They always made us feel welcome after returning from a long day of volleyball. We would recommend this property.

Quick weekend

This was a solid rental for a weekend in town fishing on Toho. It was very clean, and the community was nice. We would stay there again if we repeated the trip. Took us old guys a whole to figure out the TV. That was literally the only wrinkle. We also enjoyed the community pool and bar area. For families, check in and check out process was super simple. I’d take my own kids back there.

Nice but tired

The property was nice and clean and in a great location. The resort staff were excellent. The property is quite tired and needs updating. The patio area was dirty and had lots of weeds. There was only one sun lounger - in a 4 bed house! One of the chairs was broken. Patio was cleaned and broken chair removed after we mentioned it.The property needs some TLC and wasn’t worth what we were charged for it.

Home Away From Home

Our stay at Terra Verde was totally nice. We have no complaints. The guard at the gate was friendly; the manager(s) at the desk displayed good customer service each time we went there; trash was picked up daily to include dumpsters if needed. The location was close to many stores, restaurants, Universal Studios, Walt Disney, etc. If in the future, we need a vacation rental, I will definitely checkout Terra Verde. My host was awesome! The only thing that we had an issue with was that our neighbors had at least 6 grown cats. Four I think may have actually belonged to them and the others were probably strays because two cats were always just lingering around. My kids are terrified of cats and would not go out unless we were all together. I do have to admit that none of the cats ever bothered us. At times, they were under our cars but ran away when we came around. I am glad that our house did not allow pets because my children do have allergies and can only be around specific types of dogs, etc. No smoking allowed was also a plus.

Great place to stay very affordable

The check in was evey simple . The house was very spacious and had a private pool had everything you need to have a nice vacation. The house was very neat and had comfortable beds and sofa . This place is a great deal for the money and all you get . My family and I will definitely go back again next year. This place was also very quiet and peaceful. 10 out of 10 great place to stay at!

Perfect getaway

This townhouse was perfect for our family. We had more than enough space and the kids especially loved the private pool. Everyone that we spoke to at the gate and signing in were very friendly and answered any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again.

Too many concerns for the we paid

Dishwasher didnt work. Owner said someone was coming to fix it, never did. 3 out of 4 burners in the stove, were so dirty when we cooked, the house smoked up. Every toliet stopped up every time it flushed. Even just flushing water to see if it would go down.

Nice property but outdated

Nice property and very well equipped but in need of modernizing. Few lights needing replaced, pool light not working, pool heating not on thermostat so was like a hot tub sadly, old decor. Pool only had 1 lounger which wasn't great for a family. Upstairs bathroom unfortunately broke during our stay resulting in a leak which caused the dining area ceiling to collapse. Resort is great although the road up to US192 was always very busy.Communication from the owner was good and she was quick to refund the nights we couldn't use.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and met all of our needs. Plenty big enough for our family. It is just a short walk to the club house, resort pool, and lake. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and walking the trail around the lake. Great location. Would go back!

Great location

The property suited us perfectly - it was close to the parks, shops and restaurants. The villa was clean when we arrived and was as described in the advertisement. Contact with the owner was excellent - no question was too insignificant and all were answered quickly. The gated community is very secure and the gate is manned 24hrs a day. The only negative was the bed in the downstairs bedroom really needs updating as it was uncomfortable.

Disappointed

House is tired, when we arrived the nay is broken with a panel of netting hanging down and still is, garden furniture not set out just piled in a corner and dirty, I had to clean it, and also ask for the sun beds which the owner said was there, but was not. The cooker/stove is dangerous in my eyes as the oven elements are n display. The most uncomfortable beds I have ever had the pleasure to sleep on, bathrooms very dated, I also had to request the pool be cleaned. The owner addressed all I put to her, I have pictures which I sent to her. Anyway will not be staying there or recommending there. The only saving factor is the gated community is well looked after, lovely pool and club house.
