Nestled in Sneads Ferry, this delightful coastal, beach cottage offers 3 beautiful bedrooms, master suite with a Queen, bedroom 2 with two queens, bedroom 3 with 2 full bunkbeds and twin trundle, 2 lovely full bathrooms, and essential amenities: all new furniture and appliances including full-sized washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, grill, lovely outdoor dining furniture on a relaxing deck, large front porch with rockers to enjoy morning coffee, fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tea pots, toaster, dishwasher oven with air fryer etc, lots of games, and central AC/heating. The home is in walking distance to a gelato cafe with the best gelato, sorbet and other delicious treats! Take in one of their cooking classes if available during your stay! The cozy atmosphere and comfortable furnishings make it a relaxing retreat for guests looking to unwind and indulge. The home is a few miles from Topsail Beach. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

No smoking & no pets. Please keep our home clean & leave it clean to avoid an excess cleaning fee. We will do a deep clean, disinfect & wash all linen after your departure.
No smoking. Dishes must be rinsed & put in the dishwasher with no dishes left in the sink. Please be sure to take your belongings with you. Gather trash from all rooms & put outside in trash cans.
Please be sure not to take any of our linen or anything with you. We do an inventory before each guest checks in. You will be charged a fee for any missing items. Lock all doors & windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We were a military family for over 27 years and were blessed to travel all over Europe and many places in the US. We settled down in the beautiful, coastal town of Sneads Ferry, because it is close to our gorgeous and clean beaches which are not over-crowded, is known for our annual Shrimp Festival and has some of the best seafood and people around.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We love that it is walking distance to the "best" gelato and sorbet we have ever had and only a couple minutes drive to delicious seafood restaurants. It's a boaters, fishermen's and beach goers paradise, as the Marina is right down the road as is the NC Public boat launch with ample free parking. It is just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of North Topsail, Surf City and Topsail Island where you'll not only have access to gorgeous ocean and sound views, sandy shores for relaxing, but also fun nightlife and delicious places to eat all around Sneads Ferry and the beaches.

What makes this property unique

Everyone one who comes into this property gasps and comments about how nice and big it is. It is hard to tell from the photos, but the home is very large and comfortable. It has a relaxing deck with a grill, a full sectional sofa, dining table and extra stools for outside cooking and dining. The kitchen island is huge with 6 barstools, great for prepping and enjoying delicious meals. The home has a bling master walk-in closet and blinged up bathroom as well. All the furniture, appliances, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures etc are all new. This home is absolutely gorgeous...and there is a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on cool nights. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and there are plenty of board games to keep everyone having fun. The home comes with high-speed internet, cable streaming and a security system with outdoor cameras.
