Thank you, Sharon, for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you appreciated the night gatekeeper’s help. We apologize for any confusion and the missing items like mixing bowls and a laundry basket—your comments will help us improve the guest experience. We also appreciate your note about the bedroom TV and will look into it. Thanks again for sharing, and we hope to provide a smoother stay next time!

Wonderful Julie, pleased you enjoyed your stay at Land's End building 4 unit 406. Glad you liked the condo, and we were able to take care of the toaster issue the same day. How fun to try a different location at Land's End, as the intercoastal offers sightings of manatee and dolphins from the balcony. That's great you found the pool and beach not crowded. We hope you relaxed and we look forward to your next stay.

Hi Kim, thank you for your review! We're so glad you had a great experience. We're sorry for the staff at the front gate. We have notified our operations team to speak with the building management. We appreciate you staying with Resort Rentals and hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for your feedback from this condo at Land's End. We are so glad to see you enjoyed the grounds and surrounding waterways, it really is a lovely location!! It is true that there is not too much that is within walking distance from this location as it sits at the end of the peninsula for the peaceful setting, but within just a few minutes drive you have all that you need quite close by! We will take a look at the kitchen items but please do not hesitate to call us at our office if there is anything we can swap out for you while you are here, we would be happy to!! We also apologize for any troubles you had with the TV, some of the systems that are in place can get "out of sync" with one push of the wrong button so we definately understand your frustrations with that. Give us a call at our office and we would be happy to get things back in line for you. Thank you for staying with us and we hope you will be back for another beach getaway!! :-)

Thank you Laura for reviewing your stay at Land's End Beach Resort. We will notify the owner concerning the items you mentioned. How fun! you enjoyed the live music from the restaurant across the canal! So glad you enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to your future stay.

Hey Micha, thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. Our operations team has worked to ensure all of these issues are taken care of and will not happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate your feedback.
