Land's End Gulf Front

We LOVE this complex! The grounds are beautiful, pool is amazing, and access to the beach is unbeatable! The unit is conveniently located, great views! Love the privacy of this complex being on the end of Sunset Beach.

Location

Condo was right on the beach on Treasure Island. Condo was a nice size with both bedrooms having a king size bed. Perfect for 4 adults. Grounds and pool were great. We did feel it needed a little updating and there were a few little issues but nothing that caused us to not enjoy our vacation.

Fun in the Sun

Overall, the location of this property was absolutely perfect. The close proximity to the beach was great along with the added amenities Lands End provides (tennis courts, hot tub, etc.). The unit itself was as described, but we did have some issues with the cleanliness of dishes and the oven could use an upgrade. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely return to Sunset Beach.

We had a wonderful experience. House was just as described. Wonderful location. Parking was close.

Easy to get around and beach was gorgeous. We would definitely rent again. Only things of concern were that binds in king bedroom didn’t open well and so we were unable to fully open them and enjoy the view. Also it was amazing to have a washer and dryer however dryer lint trap is broken causing lint to accumulate within the machine and could be a fire hazard. Machine works great-it just needs a new dryer lint trap.

Very tired condo

The area of Lands End is very nice but this condo was not nice . The pictures looked good but when we got there the showers barely worked, the dishwasher was old, loud and DID NOT clean the dishes . The shade in second bedroom was broken, the rugs were old and dirty. The location is great but this condo needs a lot of updating . There are many nice condos at Lands End but I would not recommend this one until the owners update it.

Nice condo but full of dust

We like the condo decoration, the bed is comfortable and it is on front of a beautiful beach . Unfortunately it was not clean. The floor and furniture were full of dust and we had to swept and clean every room because nobody replied to our messages. Apart of it, everything was fine.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Because of the location and proximity to the beach we enjoyed our visit. The property however is in need of deep cleaning the vertical blinds are broken the bedspreads need refreshing the rugs under the coffee table and dining room table were dirty and sadly there's very little view because of the vegetation growing on the boardwalk. On the positive side everything worked eg the showers and appliances televisions etc. The grounds were well maintained and the walking paths were accessible and pleasant.

Resort was very nice and quiet. There was some construction going on at resort but we never heard it and it never bothered us. The condo was nice, updated some, but a few things could be fixed. The door where washer and dryer was, was completely off track. Dishwasher is very old, don’t think it got the dishes very clean. Kitchen very small, but we never cooked in it.

Great location!!

We had a great stay at this beachfront property. Unit was pretty clean. The management was amazing!! We arrived very early Saturday morning and they were able to allow us to check in after being on the road for 15 hours! We very much appreciated that! We had an amazing view and the community was awesome! The only negative I have to say is that the sliding glass doors definitely need to be cleaned more regularly and the pictures were a little misleading. It looked like the unit was recently renovated but upon arriving the unit is older and in need of some updating (paint, the medicine cabinet in the master bath was filthy behind it) but all in all, a nice stay! We’d definitely come back again👍🏻

Another Wonderful Vacation

Disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting at Lands End for over thirty years now. This is the first time we were disappointed in the the condo we selected. The water pressure in the master bathroom hardly even existed, there was a bi fold door that was not in it's proper place in the hallway and had to be moved to get around. There was a bi fold door in the kitchen that was not hung properly. The master bath sink and tub had corrosion on them. Additionally, the condo was not cleaned properly as there was a lot of dust on the floors and popcorn from the previous gusts. The overall property (pools, landscaping etc have been maintained very well and we were very happy with that. We also had a second condo for the same time period that was up to our expectations and very clean and nice.

Lands End Visit in Feb

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and overall good place and enjoyed pickle ball and tennis courts. The property management was professional, friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was water heater only produced lukewarm water. We called the property management company got a plumber out within 24hours and was able to get hot water.
