This was our second stay, the condo is perfect for four guests. It’s comfortable and walkable to APSU. The hosts are communicative and responsive. I plan to return for future visits while my daughter is at APSU.Oh, and the building has a small, private dog park so your four legged kids can stretch their legs safely.

Condo has a very convenient quiet location with the River Walk and downtown restaurants nearby and parking in front of its door. It was very clean with a like new modern decor. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and spices. The bed was comfortable. Altogether a great experience.

Oh my goodness!! What a great choice this rental was!! You know those vacation spots that you would like to live in? This was one of them! The owners thought of everything plus!! ( great coffee supplies- so thoughtful!.) Really comfortable furniture, very clear instructions, and a super communicative owner!
