Few issues but nice place

The home was perfect for 8 people. Description and pictures are pretty accurate. The AC stopped working while we were there and took about 24 hours to fix so it was pretty hot and miserable. Two of the bedrooms do not have ceiling fans and we only found one fan to use that day in attempt to keep those rooms cool. The pool could use a good cleaning and having a pool at home we know there was air in the lines and not filtering water correctly and they did not want to send anyone out to fix it until close to the end of our stay. Luckily the kids were still able to use it. The location was about 20ish minutes to Disney parks and 40 for universal. There is a Walmart right down the road along with restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped but could use a a few baking pans. They will not allow you to lower the AC below 72 which if you are lounging it is comfortable but if cooking and doing laundry it gets a little warm. The beds are comfortable but extremely squeaky. The back door frame is bent so it is hard to open and close at times. Even with the few issues I would tell others about this rental for possible stay.

Nice quiet location in a gated area. Beautiful homes and clean curb appeal.

This home was very spacious and clean. Had all the amenities needed and plenty of towels. Pool was big and the pool area was nice to enjoy sitting outside. The beds were not super comfortable and made noise at the slightest move. Overall, the home was great . The location was remote but near all the tolls and close to cities such as Orlando and Clermont. Wouldn't mind coming back to stay and the price is reasonable as well.

Overall it was great!

The house was clean, everything went smoothly. Only cons was that the soap provided was very poor quality and the alarm kept going off every time I opened the door for the pool. And I couldn’t open the grey screen either, the locked button seemed stuck. Otherwise, the beds were comfy, towels, plates...were provided and the game room was fun too.

Pleasant stay

This property met all our needs. The location was great, close to attractions, about 30 min. to Disney, lots of shopping and some good restaurants. The house itself could certainly use a few updates. The carpet is VERY stained and dirty looking, the kitchen appliances are old and in desperate need of replacing and the beds are quite uncomfortable. That being said, Yanni, from the management company, addressed some of the issues that were in his power to address and we were able to enjoy our vacation.
