Needs a lot of attention

Nice unit, but needs attention in many areas. Upon arrival the TV wasn't connecting, It was 5 days before it was rectified. So we played pool in the garage. The equipment was so worn(no chalk, worn felt, crooked tips) we only played 2 days. The shower plugged up and the toilet over-flowed. It was addressed in 2 days. The kitchen utensil drawer fell out. The TV had 2 screen burn circles. It was actually replaced(after 3 weeks) with a new one. The lanai outside light would work intermittently. The kitchen plugs would turn off and had to be reset. The furniture was so worn, that sitting gave us both back aches. Reinforcing with extra cushions, helped a bit, but not much. Caught a couple of mice and sprayed for roaches. We tolerated the unit and made it work for us (had little choice). This place needs a lot of attention to bring it up to the level of what they charge!

Relaxing

We were there for a couple of heavy equipment auctions. Our accommodations at this house were wonderful.

Nice little place

It was a nice little place that accommodated our needs. The only thing I would "complain" about it is listed as smoking but it is actually nonsmoking.

Excllent. But the A/C need urgent service. We were lucky due to the weather (low temperatures).

Excellent place, clean, nice, very good location. I will be back, but first will ask if the A/C is working properly.

Beautiful place

My family and I loved this place. Very beautiful and my children really enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay here again for a vacation home. Didn't have any problems with anything, so no need to contact anyone. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Roomy, clean and easy transaction

Everything went well except the gate entry. They only give a 3 day pass so they have to keep going through the process it’s a pain. Otherwise I would stay again

Dissappointed

First appearance, the house appeared clean. However, my daughter said there were black hairs covering her sheets when we arrived. We found several pieces of rice on the couch where someone had eaten. The pool needed to be vacuumed out so we never swam in it. We were told that the rain could potentially let some trash in and we needed to use the net yo scoop it out - but you can't use a net to clean the bottom of a pool. We know since we own one. The security guard had us to stop in each time at the gate which sometimes we would have to wait 10-15 mins instead of giving us a pass like the check-in information had told us would happen. The guard said it was because the home owner did not inform them that they had visitors that week. Lastly, the huge roaches that we saw in the house with the last one being in the oven mitt drawer topped off the week. Would not book again .

Ok for the price.

The house was fine and close to Legoland. It was comfortable and roomy. The only issues we had were needing a fan in the master bedroom and the family pictures throughout the house. The a/c never did get to 72 and the master bedroom stayed hot. We purchased a small fan which helped a lot. We understand that the owner left the pictures out to make their guest feel like part of their family and welcoming but in reality it real makes you feel like your are intruding on their private space.

It was wonderful. Unfortunately we were there for my sister's funeral so didn't have time to enjoy.

We rented this lovely home at the last minute and that caused some complications in getting into the home. We don't have a smart phone and the emergency phone number wasn't posted online or on the door as stated. However, a lovely young man did eventually meet us at the door and let us in. We loved the house and the area. We were there with the sudden death of my sister and this location was only 2 miles away from her and her family's home. I felt like we knew the owners with the photos of them and family scattered around. I know we could be friends! The house was super clean and even better that the photos. We weren't able to spend much time there, but every night when we got home we would take a dip in the lovely pool before falling exhausted into the comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped and we even had my sister's family over for dinner. My brother in law is in a wheelchair and with a little help I would call the house wheelchair accessible. Thank you son much! I would love to return at a happier time.

Very clean

The house was available upon arrival. It smell fresh and clean. It was enough enough enough space for us. The pool was clean but wasnt able to get in it everyday due to rain. I would stay here again and again.

Amazing property

We loved this house very much. The price was worth it. We stayed 10 days. We enjoyed the pool, the game room in the garage. I loved being able to do our laundry on our stay instead of having to go somewhere to do it. This is our first time renting a vacation home and it was the best decision. We will for sure be coming back next year. Plenty of space, the master bathroom is beautiful and beyond our expectations! There was only 3 of us but comfortably could have fit 5-7 people all together in the home. Thank you again!
