Quechee Lakes stay

Great stay. The location is beautiful with easy access to all that the area has to offer.

If renting in the summer know that there is no AC. There is only one window unit that was able to cool the whole place by the 3rd day there. I was disappointed that the listing didn’t provide that info and that I couldn’t really use the apartment during the day because it was so hot. I intentionally booked an apartment over a hotel so I would have more of a home base to relax in the mid afternoon so I paid a premium for nothing

Location is amazing. Had to have cleaners come back. Dirty cat prints on sills, bathroom cat smell and bathing suit liner left from previous person. Kitchen has everything but you have to dig. No Air Con which I didn’t notice in the listing. Biggest issue was mildew and musty ness. Dehumidifiers should be run all summer. Also owners have pets. Wet dog smell in lower bedroom. I’m not allergic but someone could be very irritated. TV in living room is practically on the ceiling and virtually impossible to watch I would not book this unit again Resort seems lovely

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the amazing location and found the resort itself to be lovely, but we’re truly sorry that several aspects of the home affected your stay. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival, including the cat prints, bathroom odor, and the bathing suit liner left behind. We’re glad our team was able to send cleaners back, but we understand that having to deal with this after arriving is frustrating and not the experience you should have had. We also appreciate you bringing the musty and mildew smell to our attention, as well as the wet dog odor in the lower bedroom. We understand how important it is for a home to feel fresh and comfortable, especially for guests who may be sensitive to odors or allergens. We’ll share these concerns with our local team so they can review the home and look into ways to improve ventilation and moisture control. We’re also sorry about the TV placement and understand your frustration with it being difficult to watch comfortably. Your comments about the kitchen supplies are helpful as well, and we’ll keep that in mind as we look for ways to make things easier for guests to find and use. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re sorry the home didn’t meet your expectations, particularly with the cleanliness and comfort concerns, and we truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to learn from your experience.

ski in/ski out

Great stay....perfect setting. Path to slopes to the right of parking lot. Access to Quechee Club with a minimal fee for classes, gym and pool. Easy to walk our small dog. Made for a fun family weekend.
