We had a great stay! The host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house was beautiful and in a really lovely location.The only things worth mentioning were that the flooring in the kitchen area was starting to peel up a little, and the beds were extremely firm. Neither was a deal breaker for us, and overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Plenty of space for 3 couples and 2 kids. Host was responsive and had supplies sent in time for our stay. Check in and out was SUPER easy. Quiet neighborhood and a lovely pool.

Very spacious, large kitchen island. Large bedroom, loved the rain shower in the bathroom. Quite neighborhood, shopping close by. Host responded to emails quickly. Highly recommend, would definitely rent again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This was a great location in a great neighborhood. The house had just about everything we needed for a great weekend getaway. Definitely would stay again.

Pros are the size of the house, number of bathrooms, location and the pool. Cons are the floors are lifting and a tripping hazard, fridge was not cooling the first day we were there, the walls and doors could use a paint job, tv in master couldn’t control, no sofa bed as advertised only a futon, furniture was dirty, some blind slats were broken, 1 dining table chair was coming apart at the joints, we just pushed it back. Not really a luxury home.

The location was great, quite, clean well kept. Near restaurants and grocery stores, which to me are an amenity. The house was more than expected, everything we need was provided. Ample space for the out family. Definitely going book again for our next trip.

The flooring was curled up at joints. Very poor instalation job. Trip hazard. We asked for a carpet runner to cover this. It was taken care of immediately. We appreciated this.

Highly recommend. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Great central location, ideal for events we attended at Fort Sam Houston. Three en-suite bathrooms is a major plus. Ken answered all of our questions in advance and everything about the stay was easy.

Final Four Trip - College Friends

Despite a water leak in the front bedroom we had a great time in SATX. I appreciate Ken’s attention to our needs and getting a fix during our stay. House is in the flight path for airport and can occasionally be loud. It’s a great neighborhood and easy commute downtown. I would stay here again.

Our stay was deeply disappointing and unsafe. We encountered several major issues: dangerous lifted flooring, non-functional shower wands, and a broken soap rack that fell onto my daughter's foot. The unit was unhygienic, with dirty couches, unwashed utensils, and a pest problem. The property lacked enough towels for 11 guests, and the pool area was dangerously dark. Despite reaching out for help with the lighting, the host was unresponsive. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Family Friendly

This house was super spacious for our two families, of two couples and four little ones. The little ones loved splashing in the pool even with the chilly water. We loved how close it was to everywhere we wanted to go, 6 mins from the airport, 12 mins to the zoo, close the riverwalk, and grocery. We also liked the neighborhood. This was such a great place for us. And the owner was super quick to respond to any questions. drives

Great home bones - but for the price the kitchen had low quality products -pots/pans not the best to cook - wash before using and maybe just enough for a quick breakfast-laminate floors have a lot of trip hazards- especially in Hall and kitchen - and to call it luxury - it was not - beds super hard - comforters also low quality no TV in extra rooms which is definitely needed to entertain different ages - and the house still has a very old smell - restrooms did not have luxury towels - couches at a very uncomfortable position to watch TV - and no curtains to the hall and slide doors - so makes it intrusive at night - but definitely great location - the host was fast to answer my questions so that says a lot- and I know this home will eventually be LUXURY but not at its current state -

The house was clean we really never needed to speak with the host everything was pretty self explanatory the pool was great my wife and I had our 3 grandkids and they spent pretty much the entire 6 days in the pool everything was just as advertised the only thing I would probably have a small complaint about was not enough pots and pans making it a lil hard to cook but we figured it out thx for a memorable alsray

The location was great, the neighborhood was very nice and close to everything I needed. The pool was nice and the home spacious. No issues with check in or anything within the home, I would recommend.
