Photos of the condo were an accurate representation of the condo. Very comfortable. Great location. Short walk to community center which we would highly recommend utilizing. Pelican Marsh is also a great locationfor easy access to Naples and the beach.

Clean and Comfortable

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The condo was clean, fully stocked and quiet. A swimming pool was a short walk away and a bbq was conveniently located outside the lanai. The Community Center was next to the condo and offered a gym, tennis, Bocce, pickle ball and many classes. Alex, the owner, was an excellent host; he was wonderful to work with and was responsive to every request. We would love to rent this property again.

Great rental in great location

We stayed for a month during COVID. The space was clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The owner was accommodating for all of our needs. The community amenities were easily accessible including tennis and community pool. Location was close proximity to the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Lots to do for the entire family. Loved our stay.

When we decided to buy property in Naples we had a long list of criteria: spacious living space, serenity of an upscale gated community, proximity to beach and shops, golf, tennis and most importantly, charm. After searching the area extensively for over a year, we believed we found all of the above at Clermont in Pelican Marsh.
