About this property

Ski In* Modern & New Park City Townhome

Beautifully decorated, newly built (2021) spacious and contemporary ~3500 sq ft Canyons Ridge townhome with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The home is just a short walk (or use the free shuttle service) to the lifts; enjoy a day on the slopes and trails and ski back right to the home via the ski-in trail (*snow and mountain conditions permitting*) and relax in the eight person hot tub. Short walk to village for great food & entertainment. 12 minute car ride to Park City Main Street. Beautiful, contemporary, new, professionally decorated and ready for your enjoyment. Guests will have access to the entire home other than some locked cabinets and closets. The garage is small and will not fit cars longer than 17'. Two cars side by side can fit, but will be very tight. There is no street parking so at most two cars (not oversized) permitted. We live in San Diego and we are always available online and via phone/text to ensure a great guest experience. We have a local property manager available during your stay for any on site questions/issues.





Our home features a Sonos sound system throughout, allowing you to play music in most rooms and the outdoor spa area. The primary bedroom includes a private steam room and heated bathroom floors for the ultimate relaxation after a day on the slopes. The lower level game room has board games and entertainment, and a home office with a standing desk is available for those who need to work during their stay. A wireless printer is accessible from the laundry room.





Your property manager Junior is available on-site and can arrange airport transfers, fridge stocking before your arrival, in-home chef services, and concierge services through Trident Concierges. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards and your comfort is our top priority.

This house is amazing! Nothing about it feels like a rental! It has lots of space, is beautiful and so cozy! It’s an easy walk to Canyons Village. The host is kind and responsive! We will stay here again!

Our two families (10 total) had a wonderful vacation at this smart, modern, beautifully and thoughtfully appointed townhome. The layout was perfect for two couples and their young adult children. There was plenty of space for coats, gear, pantry items, etc. The location was fantastic. We mostly walked across the parking lot to get to the gondola or Canyons village, but occasionally took the free Canyons Village van (eg when it was raining). It's also easy to walk over to the village and take the Cabriolet lift down to the bus stop to get to Park City Mountain Resort or Main Street. Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub every day when they returned from the mountain. The hosts were super responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Roomy and Modern with Awesome Features

Rooms are spacious, plenty of bathrooms, upstairs beds are comfy. Bunk beds were not as comfortable but were fine for younger children. We loved the fireplaces and the kitchen is easy to cook and eat in. The house feels bigger than the listing images look. The host left snacks and water, as well as plenty of laundry detergent, paper towels, and lots of clean towels. To get to the lift, it's about a 4-minute walk (across a parking lot and up the ramp to the Canyons Village main area). Definitely recommend!

Spring Break @ Canyons

Great stay at this conveniently located, spacious townhome near the heart of Canyons village.This home definitely has that "new" feeling - vey little wear and tear. Even the kitchen knives are sharp! Linens, furnishings, towels - everything was in tip top condition. Very spacious for your group of 8 - 10. Great common spaces with a very comfortable bed/bath set up. Easy (5 minute) walk to heart of Canyons village (Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble lift). Ski-in depending on snowfall (we were able to ski all the way to the townhouse).Great value for its location and quality.
