The Space:

When you are ready to leave it all behind and truly escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, make sure to book this brand-new, professionally designed, furnished retreat. This wilderness escape is perfect for families and groups of friends alike - even your dogs are welcome to stay here! Treat yourself to soothing spa time in the private outdoor hot tub.



The home has three levels full of comfortable amenities and state-of-the-art decor and appliances. The first floor of the home hosts a private family room, a wet bar with a Sub Zero mini-fridge, and a secluded bedroom with an en suite full bath with a walk-in shower. The second floor hosts the main living space with an elegantly designed open floor plan featuring gorgeous exposed black beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and terrific mountain views.



The living area is filled with natural light and offers a cozy spot with comfortable sofas surrounding an elegant gas fireplace. And the beautiful open kitchen is every chef's dream come true with state-of-the-art appliances, including a built-in fridge, a Wolf stove/oven with a hood range, microwave, coffee maker, and a three-person island. The adjoining dining table has enough space for eight people comfortably.



The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs, along with three full en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has an elegant fireplace and an en suite bath with another walk-in shower and a soaking tub. There is also a loft/open common space with a gorgeous desk.

Beautiful home, great location!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was an easy walk to canyons village. The layout of the home provided tons of space for a family of 8. The mud/ski room off the garage was so helpful, and the hot tub off the living area was so fun! Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels for showers and the hot tub. Would stay again!

This was such a fun spot. Friends and I got together for my birthday weekend and the kitchen table was perfect for crafting. The hot tub was delightful. Location was super fun and great for a nice walk. The kitchen was gorgeous. My main complaint was that the main bedroom's mattress was a nightmare. I shared it with another person and it was like a giant crater. The pillows were also way too tall for most of us and not super comfortable. That felt like a bit of a letdown since the rest of the place was so nice. Update the beds and you'll be golden!

Family getaway

We had a family of 9, from ages 9 to age 90. The house was perfect, it had nice windows in the family room to look out. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and extra pillows. There were large towels for the jacuzzi. Easy to get in and out of. Great location. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The Steps

Nice place - very modern and park city is a great place to visit in the hot summer. parking more then 2 cars is a challenge and the steps going up and down on wooden floors was a bit of a challenge for the old and the young. otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

Super clean and quiet, the absolutely perfect getaway! A number of minor issues need addressing & will be giving private feedback on those e.g. the frying pan needs replacing & the master shower is clogged? etc Loved the late check out option! This place was our dream vacation!

Mostly great spot!

This place was *almost* perfect! When I booked this it was advertised as a "ski-in" property which it's not really. You can get pretty close but you do have to take your gear off and walk a bit. As far as the actual house goes, it's basically brand new and beautifully decorated. We had ample space for 7 adults. Only downsides were that the walls are SUPER thin (like you can hear everything) and the kitchen wasn't very well stocked for cooking/serving meals. Breakfast was fine but dinners a couple nights were a little rough. Other than that we were super happy with our experience!

Both fireplaces do not work

Beautiful condo in good location for our week of skiing. Easy 10 minute walk to lifts. Both fireplaces do not work for different reasons when we checked in. No effort from local team to fix. There is no broom or vacuum and no effort to get us one. No cocktail or wine glasses so bring your own. Great ski condo but lack of local management response to any issues was frustrating.

Plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds. Large bathrooms and closets. Nice entryway w room to store ski gear. Heated floor in master bathroom a bonus. Loved having hot tub out our back door. Sunrise lift not open while we were there otherwise think we could’ve walked to the lift. A text on Canyons connect app brings shuttle service to your door and gets you anywhere within the canyons. Vacasa also text directly to check in w us and see how things were going. Couple minor complaints would be the lack of kitchenware, i.e. serving bowls, pizza pan. Nothing crazy missing. Plenty of plates and bowls. One set of casserole dishes. Plenty of pots pans. Brita pitcher in fridge but it needs a filter. (We were without a car so getting enough drinking water to the condo was a chore.) Couldn’t locate vacuum cleaner that was listed on site.
