Lago Huron Casa Frente al Mar

Ahora entrando en nuestra quinta temporada de alquiler!
Verdaderamente un hallazgo raro, esta casa de campo de 1600 pies cuadrados frente al mar de 3 dormitorios se encuentra privada entre los árboles de cedro y abedul. El gran jardín delantero conduce a un lote privado frente al mar. En el otoño y el invierno, disfruta del Bruce cuando no está tan ocupado sino tan hermoso. Ubicado a pocos minutos de acceso en pista de motos de nieve!
La casa de campo recientemente renovada cuenta con techos abovedados de pino, pisos de madera dura en todo el lugar y pizarra en la cocina. Siéntese en la gran terraza mirando hacia Pine Tree Harbour y Lake Huron. Tres puertas de patio proporcionan acceso a esta gran vista desde la cubierta. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio patio de entrada a la cubierta.
El sótano terminado incluye el tercer dormitorio, la sauna, el baño, la sala de recreación, el bar y la lavandería.

La cabaña está equipada con muchas características para agregar a su disfrute. Por ejemplo hay:

Ubicado en el tranquilo Pine Tree Harbor, Lake Huron. El puerto ofrece una excelente pesca de perca y lubina o haz un viaje al lago y prueba tu suerte con el salmón o la pesca del lucio. ¡En una noche típica, atrapará su parte justa de peces en este puerto!

Para agregar a su disfrute, hay 5 kayaks disponibles para su uso (3 adultos y 2 niños). El puerto ofrece una gran y segura experiencia en kayak. Además, hay un bote de aluminio disponible para su uso si este se adapta mejor a sus necesidades.

La orilla está formada por hierba, arena, limo y roca. Hay un muelle flotante privado disponible para su uso. ¡Diviértete tomando el sol y luego salta al puerto profundo y claro!

Durante la noche, el gran muelle en tierra está bien iluminado para su disfrute nocturno. Disfrute sentado en el muelle y escuchando las olas del lago Hurón.

Fantastic week at Miller Lake

We had a wonderful time exploring and hiking in the area. We specifically picked this cottage because of the property and beach access. The water level was very low but that also made the water warm. Make sure you bring water shoes as the lake has a loose mud bottom. The cottage was great and met our needs. Having coffee on the back deck was a lovely way to start the day. The bed situation was not ideal for us as we had one adult sleeping in a bunk bed but we knew that going in that would be the only reason we would think twice about staying there again Highly recommend this property

Beautiful

This home is bright and lovely. The property is very private and right on the water. I was able to bring my dog, who loved swimming off the dock. At night we went outside to stargaze. We could see the Milky Way and thousands of stars thanks to the lack of light interference . This home was an easy drive to Tobermory and the other areas we wanted to see. I would highly recommend this great place.

Charming place

Beautiful place, very quiet! We loved de dock, the view....in the middle of nature! The chalet is very comfortable, very close from bruce peninsula parc. We ad an amazing time, thanks!

Perfect place to slow down.

We enjoyed sitting on the dock in the mornings and evenings sipping our hot beverages, watching the loons, drinking in the beauty of the bay and listening to the waves of the lake in the distance. My husband and I made use of the canoe around the bay which was so calm. Did not have any luck catching fish though. This cottage is a great location to get to several day hike locations and going out to eat. We will be back!

Nice property

The place is clean and property is on water and beautiful but very remote with not a lot of options for excursions. Would be nice to have full use of fridge and have room for grocery items, as it felt like we were living in someone’s space. If you’re looking to maximize your time, be aware of tight checkin and out times. Kathy is responsive.

Great Cottage Stay

This was a great property to stay at. It had everything you might need to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed using the dock and the fire pit. Highly recommend staying here.

Quiet and peaceful

We wanted a quiet and peaceful getaway and we got exactly that. Kathy was very attentive to us and responded to our requests in a timely manner. The cottage was a well equipped and relaxing. We had nice warm fires and plenty of boardgames to played with the family when wanting to do nothing but chill out. We had wonderful times just out on the large dock staring at the sunrise, sunset, and stars on clear nights. The cottage also served as a perfect starting point for numerous hikes on the Bruce Peninsula - from a nice afternoon in Tobermory to exploring the Grotto as well as hiking the Lionhead portion of the Bruce trail. Would definitely go back.

Peaceful, Cozy and Clean

This property is true to the pictures, however I think In person it is even nicer, it has a nice ‘warmth’ to it. I travel with my dog and he and I loved the beach that is part of this property. Great proximity to Singing Sands, Little Cove and Tobermory.

Miller Lake

This cottage had an amazing property, the landscape surrounding was absolutely breathtaking. With a large yard for lots of games, a long dock to see the beautiful lake and even a beach area for the kids to play in the same and walk into the water! We went during a very warm week, and there is no A/C so evenings were very hot and some evenings it rained so the whole cottage was very humid and held a lot of moisture. So sleeps were not that great, but everything else was amazing !!

Pine Tree Harbour Miller Lake

Really liked the layout of the cottage, lots of comfortable places to sit inside and out. Beautiful view of the harbour from the dock. Great spot for kayaking. Central location to activities on the Bruce Peninsula. Beware of the goose droppings!

Luxury in a Northern Paradise

Beautiful location and private. All the comforts of home. We stayed 2 weeks for Christmas and New Year's. Would definitely do it again. Summer would be perfect as well. Everything was perfect. (Except microwave didn't work) Thrilled to have seen a beautiful grey wolf!

Tobermory cottage

The lake location is perfect. However, some aspects of the property were a little “tired” and in need of repair, example the dock, screen doors, room fans. There was also little room to store food as the owners own food is stored in the kitchen and wetbar.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The location is excellent, owner responded immediately to every query and need, and was super helpful. The house and property are very kid-friendly, which was great. Likewise the little beach and the shallow water. The canoe and kayaks were just what we wanted. It was great to have some decent knives in th kitchen too. Thank you!
