OUR FAMILY LAKE HOUSE is GREAT! Spend your vacation on over 300 ft of shoreline with a private boat ramp, boat house and dock with 2 available boat slips (one covered) on this quiet cove. Enjoy lake views via sliding doors from every room.
The large dock offers plenty of sun and shade all day. Watch friends and family ski from the dock or large deck, yet rest assured that the walk-in swimming area is well protected. Perhaps catch a glimpse of the bald eagle, beaver, or blue heron who frequent the cove. Kids will enjoy the sand pit and grown-ups can compete at horseshoes, enjoy a 2 person kayak or relax by an evening fire lakeside. Located at the southernmost end of Lake Anna, it offers some of the most comfortable water on the private side of the lake.
The large great room seats 10 at one table for dining, with an additional table and counter seating. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 refrigerators, and gas grill make cooking a breeze. If evenings are cool, light a fire in the large stone fireplace. Enjoy your favorite TV shows or movies on the 50 inch TV, or head downstairs to the walkout family room for air hockey, shuffleboard and a 50 in. smart TV. Plenty of great books, games and puzzles for all ages can be found there, too.
Extra amenities include internet service, 2 master bedrooms with TV's. Linen service and one time trash pick-up provided in required fees. Additional trash pick-up available for a fee.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Dishwasher should be run and emptied before leaving and all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes and glasses cleaned and put away. Tables and counters wiped clean. Floors broom clean.
Any indoor and outdoor furnishings, blankets, pillows, boats, floats, puzzles, books and toys moved or rearranged should be returned to where you found them.
All trash should be placed in outside receptacles in the wire cage under the stairs at house entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great stay at the lake

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our time at Eagles LAnding. We did not have great weather but were still able to get out on the lake and enjoy it. The house is comfortable and good for large groups. The bot ramp on property an boathouse is great for those traveling with their own boat.

Our family of 9 loved this home's location, especially the spacious dock, which was great for relaxing, fishing, and sunbathing. The house was large and comfortably fit everyone.One of the owners live close by. They were friendly and easy to communicate with.
