Two TVs are located on the main and lower level living areas. Bedrooms are not equipped with TVs.


Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under 25 for the duration of the reservation.
No Fireworks, No Illegal Activity, Must Be 25 Years Old to Rent, Dog Friendly (Max of 2). To ensure a smooth stay, guests will be asked to complete a brief rental agreement and registration form after booking, and due to be completed within 10 days. No same-day bookings, unless approved in writing.

Incredible property that made for a great spot for a family vacation. We enjoyed the big wooded yard, sandy area, great dock, and kayaks. Rooms are comfortable but limited storage. Some spots could use repairs, and more thorough cleaning. Worth a visit!

Nice plot on the lake, but the house itself isn't well taken care of. The outside furniture is filled with holes and mold. The oven never worked. The kitchen has an awkward setup. It is scenic though outside

To provide some additional context for future guests, we sincerely apologized for the unexpected oven issue and provided a $250 credit during this three-night stay for the inconvenience. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the outdoor cushions and plan to replace those showing wear. While the home does show the normal wear expected of a well-loved vacation rental, we take pride in keeping it clean, well maintained, and accurately represented. We're glad the guest still enjoyed the beautiful lakefront setting and scenic views.

Plenty of room for our family of 14. Would be better if all bedrooms had a dresser and a closet, if there were chairs in the screened porch/pier area, and if kitchen was better stocked (there isn’t even something as simple as a colander). House needs some maintenance (kitchen drawers that are broken, bath tissue holder broken, dining table needs replacing or tightening/refinishing). The complaints do not override the fun we had on one of the most perfect lots in Lake Anna, though! We had room for a pickleball court in the driveway, played wiffleball in the side yard, had s’mores around the fire pit. Quiet cove with deep water off the pier, easy walk to pier from house, we all just loved it! Would rent again if some home improvements were made.

Family Vacay at LKA

What a view! House was nice, outside of property needed some TLC. Boat dock was just OK and definitely needed a scrub down! Rooms were sizable, if no closet they needed a dresser for storage…. Set-up was a bit off and definitely rooms, specifically the living room could have used some side tables. Overall stay was GREAT!

Really Warm Water

Only challenge was no dressers and closets in some of the bedrooms. Other than that, location and views were great. It was the warmest lake water I've ever been in. The nuclear plant on the lake ejects its cooling water into the lake. It brings the lake temperature up to upper 90s to low 100s. Looked like fishing was pretty good. Surprised me.Lauren and Greg were very responsive.

Great Outdoor location, disappointing cleanliness and inside

The location of the property is great - you have a beach area and also a boathouse that allowed for some fun swimming off the dock. The decks were nice too. The inside of the property was disappointing. Clearly it had not been cleaned very well (hair on the bathroom floors, unwiped countertops, etc.) I also think for the price of this house, there should be basic things provided to us, like dishwashing soap, soap in the showers, shampoo and conditioner. Extra paper towels, etc. To treat this like a vacation and getaway, it felt like we had to prep a lot of things that should have been provided. I was also disappointed again in the cleaning, given how expensive the cleaning fee is. My expectation based on price is that we shouldn't have to be cleaning ourselves (happy to pick up and leave the property in good condition of course) but not going above and beyond if there is a steep cleaning fee.

This was our first trip to Lake Anna. We had three generations arriving for a long weekend. The house had plenty of rooms and accommodated the 10 of us comfortably.We had plenty of towels and sheets provided. The kitchen could use more plates as we could not have 2 meals without having to wash them. There were plenty of various utensils and pots and pans. We found a small issue with a light fixture and it was taken care of within the hour. The host was very attentive to our inquires both before and during the stay.The listing showed some water toys that are no longer there, so be prepared to bring your own. Also the fire pit now has more chairs around it for seating. We also were not aware that the only way to access the downstairs bedrooms/living space inside was with the spiral staircase. The furniture both inside and out is showing signs of wear but are still useable.
