One of my favorite solo stays when I travel to AZ for work. It’s in the heart of TEMPE, Walmart, social kitchen and everything you need close by. Hosts were awesome and extremely helpful. Love the kitchen and open layout. Patio always a plus. 10/10

The host was really helpful and the rooms were pretty clean. Only the utensils were a bit used and had a lot of scratches but apart from that everything was very clean and the host was very kind and responsive

This is perfect for 1-2 people. The place is small but for the price it is a great value. The unit was super clean. The location is convenient as the freeway is close. It was perfect for what I needed for my stay.

Good choice near ASU.

Stayed here while working at the Gammage Center. No frills, but had everything needed to have a comfortable stay. Easy parking, nice space, and close to anything you need.

It was great for my wife, son and me. Parking is a little tight if you have a big vechile like me, but do able. Seems like a nice neighborhood. It was very comfortable. Would stay there again if we ever make it that way. They kept in touch with us when would message them.

I would have given this place 4 stars, but it had not been cleaned when we arrived two hours after the designated check in time. We could not enter the apartment until after it had been cleaned. We then had to wait outside for more than an hour for the cleaning crew to show up and get the place ready for us to move in. Once we were able to get in, the place was pretty clean and a nice place to stay for the night. Despite the issues getting in to the place, we would stay there again if in the area. The owner was very responsive, apologetic, and refunded the cleaning fee.
