Sea Pirate Condo #3, located at 3303 Gulf Drive in the heart of Holmes Beach is just across the street from the tropic teal waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Situated in a much desired area, close to shopping and restaurants, this smaller complex features a large heated pool, on site coin operated laundry facilities and enclosed private patio for each unit.

Sea Pirate #3 features beachy decor in two bedrooms and one bath and sleeps six with a king size bed in the master bedroom. The guest room has a bunk bed with 2 full sized beds and a twin trundle. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious living room features a 32" television. Each bedroom has a 21" flat screen television as well. The large enclosed patio features a gas grill and ample seating for a quiet evening after a day at the beach.

Sea Pirate is a one week minimum rental.
Not pet friendly

Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.


Parking is limited to one vehicle.

It is close to shops and restaurants also with in walking distance. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the condo was very clean! A fee minor repairs were reported upon arrival and they were addressed immediately I will definitely consider coming back.

Great Location

The location is a big win for these condos. The pool heater could be a bit warmer as it only really seemed to be working at night. I would certainly look at investing in a smaller bathroom sink and a stacked washer and dryer as well as either a toaster oven or air fryer. No major issues.

It was perfect location i wont say steps to the beach location is almost at the beach just one house front of it after that perfect beach and beautiful sands touches to your toes :)) Management was perfectly helpful and they were always checking on us if we need anything. House was clean and they had everything what we need. Just grab your personal belongings and go there you dont need anything else. Neighbors was friendly. Location was perfect so close to everything. Shopping centers publix beaches, marina everything is so close. I been in island many times this was the most beautiful location but not the best house i wont lie. But worth every penny i spent. Definitely will be back

A comfortably sized 2 bd/1 bath unit with a nice sized 2 sink bathroom. We found the unit dated, tired, rental weary and needing attention. The mechanicals, appliances, gas grill were functional but mismatched and aging. One of eight similar units the property also feels neglected. The pay per load community washer/dryer was inoperable 3 weeks of our month stay. The pool area needs attention and was never serviced during our stay despite heavy use. Unfortunate given the property's primo location.

Great vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. Vrbo made it easy to pick a great place in a great spot on the Island. Looking forward to returning next yr. This place is spotless and everything is convenient to where you stay.

First trip to Anna Maria Island and the property was adequate, but I will not stay in that specific unit again. It needs some updating and if previous guest have pointed out deficits in the unit, then I feel they should be addressed by the owner. Location was great, but the following issues are what I encountered: Ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. The mattress in the master bedroom was a joke, A/C was hit or miss, the bath tub/shower liner, and shower curtain rod were rusty and dirty. The kitchen cabinets did not look like they had been cleaned in years, and the cabinets under the sink had obvious water damage, the code lock required you to push the door in towards the frame in order for it to be engaged. I have booked another unit for next year and I’m looking forward to staying in a unit that has more amenities.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was told that if you call ahead and the unit is ready you can check in early. Called the day before and said we were on the way. Was told by a gentleman that he would put us on the list. We arrived 2 hours early. We knew the unit had been cleaned as were ALL of the units in the sea pirate condos. We sat from 2:00-4:00 and no cleaning crews ever came. They had been cleaned so I called to let them know we were there and a very very rude lady told us that she had not been told the unit was clean. I asked if she could call the cleaning crew and check with them as we had driven clear down from Ohio and had talked to a gentleman the day before. The rude rude lady said “well, I could, but you just need to plan on a 4:00 check in!!!”The unit it’s self was just okay. The light/ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. We called the office as soon as we discovered this and it closes at 4:00. How convenient, right??? I called the emergency maintenance. They asked US to check the batteries, the breaker box! and they said they would come the next day. He said they would replace the broken light the next day. Never happened! The wifi name and password listed were totally wrong. He said he would get an updated list. Never happened! Air conditioning quit working so we check the air filter which was 3 inches thick with dirt/dust. Back door was rotted and almost fell off the hinges. DO NOT BOOK UNIT 3. Beach chairs were okay at best. Rusted. Shower faucet spinner round and round. Had to hold it tight pulling out hard and turn to get hot water.

Beach vacation

Outstanding location literally ~2 blocks from Holmes Beach access. Complex was quiet and clean. Our unit could use some refreshing as patio furniture was in need of being replaced (plastic Adirondack chairs are cracked/patio chair bottom fabric was almost worn all the way through). Would definitely stay again.

Nice place with ample accommodation.

Very easy to rent. Place met accommodations as indicated. I do recommend a few improvements. The master bed needs improved support. A cart to go to and from the beach would be useful.
