Situated directly at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort is the highly sought after Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas. This is a true ski-in/ski-out location with just steps to board Steamboat’s newest Wild Blue Gondola and the Christie Peak Express Lift.

The Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas consists of 2 adjacent buildings, the main hotel building and the Morningside tower, all accessible from the common lobby and front desk. Your two-bedroom, two bath Villa is in the Morningside tower, which has larger units than the main hotel and you are guaranteed a slope facing view (see pictures), as ALL 2 bedroom units in the Morningside tower (7x02 room numbers with the x bearing the floor number) face the same direction … directly viewing the lifts and slopes. These 2 bedroom units are 1617 sq ft, compared to the main hotel 2 bedroom units which are 760 sq ft. There is also a dedicated elevator for the Morningside tower with direct access from the parking garage and main lobby. The views are beyond amazing, and The Wild Blue Gondola is literally right outside when looking out the windows and balcony.

Every New Year’s Eve Steamboat Resort puts on incredible spectacle, ALL which you can enjoy from the comfort of your room or balcony (See pictures and video we took for 24/25 New Years from the balcony). The night kicks off with five snowcats, decked out in thousands of twinkling lights, leading the way down the mountain. Following this radiant procession, Steamboat Snow Sports Instructors will glide down the slopes, performing synchronized skiing, illuminated only by glowing torches. This magical parade sets the stage for a stunning fireworks display, lighting up the sky to welcome in the New Year in dazzling style. With your villa, avoid the crowds, sit on your balcony and enjoy your favorite beverage as you enjoy the New Year’s Eve fireworks display and parade – you’ll have a front row seat!

Your Villa comes with a fully stocked kitchen (cookware/plates/silverware/coffeemaker, etc) with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is a separate dining area with ample seating for guests. The inviting living room includes a large TV, gas fireplace (which puts out a lot of heat), and a leather couch. A 5-piece master bath makes for a nice place to relax after a long day on the slopes.
There are two hot tubs on the top floor of the Morningside tower dedicated to only those guests. In addition, the resort has an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, Spa, and a 24-hour fitness. In addition, you’ll have access to free ski storage in the same building located on the lower level. The meeting place for ski lessons is at the Wild Blue gondola, right outside the resort. Don’t forget to check out the spa!

There are a variety of dining options located within the resort: Saddles Lounge, Timber & Torch, and then Saddles Market (which includes a nice alcohol selection to take back to your room).
