Lots of room for a big group

The property allowed our group of 7 plenty of room with big kitchen, dining and living room space. Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom which was phenomenal. Great week of skiing and was just a short walk from property to the Gondola.

Super close to the gondola, restaurants, live music, stores!

House is super well made and spacious. Rooms are spread out so mornings and bedtime is quiet for those who want to sleep in or stay up and party. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, ice cream, happy hour. We did see a bear on the property- apparently he visits often. We had a blast!

Property was in a great location! Fit our Family well. The garage was used as our ski locker which was great. Did not find the heater in there until last day. Needs to be listed as an amenity. Hot tub across driveway is great! Would stay here again.

Amazing location!

This home was a perfect location for both Ski In / Ski out, and proximity to town. There is a free bus service that could get you anywhere you needed to go very easily. The home was spacious, and very accommodating. It easily could function for several families. The only thing we noticed was slight carpet cleaning, other than that excellent! Extremely easy to work with as a property and the management was incredibly prompt and helpful.

Great location very roomy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and lots of space for a large group. Vacuum was broken and not enough towels were only complaints. Dining table is pretty roughed up.

Bachelorette party

We were here for my best friends bachelorette party. It was beautiful and exactly what we needed! Our only complaint was that the cleaner was at our place over an hour early before check-out and kept asking us when we're leaving as we were packing our cars. Literally stood outside of the house and asked each person as they'd come load the car. At least we know that it is for sure clean! We would def be back.

Great space for a large group

Nine of us had a wonderful time at Ironwood 7 in Steamboat. It was spacious with enough bathrooms and bedrooms, so we never felt crowded. The kitchen, dining area, and living room allowed us to spend time together eating, cooking, resting, laughing, and playing games. It had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. Our only complaint was in checking in and being woken up early due to construction next door. We feel the management company should have informed us of the inconvenience before our arrival. The location is close to gondolas and areas for hikes and restaurants. I would recommend this place for a restful stay when the construction is completed.

We stayed a week and had a fabulous time. Great location. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels. Spacious living for two families. Hot tub easily accessible. Parking for two vehicles is a plus. Free shuttle also was very convenient when wanting to take a trip into town and have some drinks. Great trip. Great house. Great location. Beautiful spot. Review of our Steamboat Springs Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time in our rental and in Steamboat Springs itself for a week this July. We loved the location, the interior spaces and the communal pool and hot tub. We do have the following recommendations for improvement in the property:1. Shower head in bathroom next to bedroom with bunk beds doesn’t work properly 2. Fix door leading to balcony on kitchen level - gets stuck3. Clean patio on lower level 4. Add chairs to balcony outside of main bedroom5. Add ceiling lights in bedrooms 6. Add vacuum cleaner7. Replace pans (are poor quality)8. Replace coffee maker (works extremely slowly)Have a larger amt of starter material (bathroom soap) - the amount you put is tiny for the amount renters payAdd some books and magazinesMore child friendly: Add tv in lower bunk bed bedroomPlace chain lock high on doors leading to balconiesAdd child size stools in bathrooms so children can reach sink

Lovely stay, strange process

I had rented this property for myself, my spouse, and our small 3 person wedding party. The house was large, comfortable, and accommodating. The check in/check out process was not what I'm accustomed to and strange at first. There were some issues with cleanliness (dirty floors, smelly garbage disposal) and we had found a few ticks in the house. But really it was nothing that wasn't easily handled. Overall, when we weren't all busy, the house was lovely to relax in and the creek behind it provided wonderful background noise. Good place to stay and quite comfortable.

Great experience. We had a problem with an odor in the downstairs bathroom that was handled quickly. Lots of space and with the three levels plenty of room to hide if you have a big group.
