Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations, and we really appreciate you pointing out the areas that need attention. We’re actively working with our team to address the issues you mentioned — including pest control, hot tub cleaning, outdoor maintenance, and updating the grill and recreational amenities. Regarding the bugs, we understand how unsettling that can be. In Florida, especially in homes near water, palmetto bugs can occasionally make their way inside — particularly when doors are left open. We do have regular pest control in place, but we’ll be sure to follow up again to reinforce treatment. It’s important to us that our home is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and your feedback helps us improve. We’re glad you still enjoyed your time together and appreciated the convenient location. Thank you again for the honest and constructive review — it truly helps us grow.

Thank you for the review, Jacy.

Dear Katherine, since you did not elaborate on your experience, we are not quite sure how we deserved 1 star as no issues were raised during your stay. Don't hesitate to reach out and share. We are always open to receiving feedback and make guests experience better.
