Great place to stay. I visited here with three friends and we had a great time. The host said we could use their outdoor space since no one else was using it during our stay and everything else about the space was great. Went for a run along the trail next to the property and it’s only a 10 minute ride to downtown so extremely easy to get around. If I’m in Spokane again soon, I’ll probably go back.

You’re not getting the entire home. It is part of a larger home with the entrance being a side door. And the hot tub is not private. It is very much open to the backyard of the main house. With that being said, it seems to be in a very nice little neighborhood and is a good price.

Great stay with an amazing view and a perfect location close to downtown but still quiet and private. The hot tub and outdoor space were awesome, especially at sunset. Roberto was a fantastic host—very welcoming, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and the place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This property was not clean, there was a huge banquet sized pan full of old rice in the oven, popcorn kernels on the floor, and the washer/dryer was in the middle of the bathroom and difficult to maneuver around. The other side of the house rental tenants took over the overlook outside for the entire evening, and the outdoor furniture was dirty, the "second bed" is a click-clack couch...not very comfortable to most people. The unit had cracked paint along the baseboards. The unit was just adequate but definitely not 9/10.

To be strength based: this place was clean & I greatly appreciated the host’s accommodating a modification in my booking. Check in was easy. It’s not necessarily a critique but I understand now why there are no photos of the bathroom or the kitchen in the listing, both of which could do to be modernized for the price that’s charged for this place (the bathroom was a tight space for my 6’4” partner due to an old washer/dryer). Also, we didn’t use the hot tub but if one were to just be aware that anyone on the sidewalk can see you there. The next door neighbors were quite unenthusiastic about our parking on the street in front of their house & asked us to move. Understandable, but we didn’t initially know we could park in the driveway.

Do yourself a favor and stop scrolling — book this place before someone else finds this gem.This charming villa sits atop a cliffside above a river gorge, in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. There's a clean, well-lit parking spot just steps from the front door — as a middle-aged Army veteran with back problems from my airborne days, I appreciated not hauling groceries far.Inside, the open floor plan connects a full kitchen to a cozy living room with warm, mellow lighting — never harsh or fluorescent. I cooked dinner while my girlfriend relaxed on the couch, fully present with each other the whole time. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with soaps and fresh towels (a lifesaver since I packed in a hurry), and the bedroom was so spacious and cozy we nearly slept the whole trip away.Then there's the backyard: string lights lining every walkway, a pristine hot tub, and a huge cliffside courtyard with a fire pit overlooking the canyon — hands down the best view in Spokane. We spent hours out there under the stars, drawing and decompressing from daily life. Exactly the trip two burnt-out working artists needed.Robert made it even better — quick to respond, genuinely warm, and made sure we had everything we needed.Three days wasn't enough. We're already planning our return. One request: rinse off before the hot tub — Robert keeps it pristine and it deserves to stay that way.Book now — and tell Robert that Dave and Mandy said hi!

Great little addition off the main house. The back shared area was a nice place to sit out and watch the stars. The hot tub looked like it would have been nice if it hadn't been 80 degrees at midnight. It was quick and easy to get downtown.Host was great and quick to communicate.

My friends and I had a lovely weekend with a fire and beautiful views in this unit. The property manager was very nice and helpful and the room was nice, stylish and clean.

Amazing outdoor space, was very comfortable. Host was attentive. Parking in the area is kind of limited and the nearby streets are a little bit tight, especially if you're not used to Spokane. The property is to the right of the main entrance, which might not be immediately apparent from the listing, and there was a very cozy area by the hot tub with patio furniture and a barbecue. Futon was very comfortable. My friend mentioned that the mattress was on the firm side. Bathroom was a little tight, but clean and well maintained.

Quirky, basic, but enchanting. Great host!

This is a very small property indoors. The bathroom is a bit cramped with the washer & dryer in there, however, a combo washer dryer has been installed in the kitchen. There are only enough dishes for 4 people, but otherwise it has most everything you need for cooking. There were other guests staying next door and we made quick friends with them. The large backyard space is shared. We enjoyed a lovely BBQ with family in the back area. Beautiful view.

Loved the outdoor space, unclear check-in as multiple rental areas in one house with same address, delayed check-in. Bathroom crowded with old stacking laundry blocking ease of opening door and access to toilet. Would benefit from written instructions left with unit regarding hot tub use/adjustments, outside light controls. Also uncomfortable fold-down sleeping couch for 3rd person.

The host is amazing! Timely and super considerate. So grateful for letting us in early after a long flight. The view is great and the outdoor portion is pretty cool to have guests if you are visiting - we used the gas fire table and it was super pleasant. Areas to hike around and the VRBO feels safe and secure. Bed was comfy and it was nice to have a washer and drier while there. I would say it's a bit overpriced for the older space with AC difficult to reach for shorter folks, leaking fridge and the bathroom being a pretty thin space in bathroom with warped mirrors and a small hole in the floor. But overall - a good stay in a cute place and we were grateful to our host for making it a pleasant one!
