Perfect getaway for your vacation in Redington Shores, Florida. 1,630 square feet of two story newly renovated townhouse, this condo has enough room to comfortably accommodate 8 guests, making it the perfect home-away-from-home for friends or families. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway or aquatic adventures, you’re sure to find it all here!
The space

Our home offers an open space that incorporates the living and dining areas. Decorated and furnished to give you that beach breezy feel, this condo will leave nothing to long for.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertop where you can cook all of your favorite recipes.
The living room is perfect to kick back and relax after a long day of beach activities. It is perfect to watch your favorite movie or show on the 55-inch flat-screen cable TV. If the fresh air of the sea breeze is not enough, sit outside and enjoy the gulf breeze and view on either of our two patios while sipping on something refreshing.
The gulf front outdoor area offers a heated pool, hot tub, cabana with restrooms, patio tables, chairs, and loungers and charcoal grills. There is direct beach access to the beach so you can enjoy the sunset over the white sugar, sandy beaches! 7 day minimum stay. Please contact us with any special request and we will try our best to accommodate!

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again! Things we loved: Great location, near lots of restaurants The heated pool was fantastic and the beach was clean and not crowded The condo was spacious with lots of closets We felt very safe and secure Things we didn't care for: No blinds/curtains in master bedroom Sofa was uncomfortable and needed to be cleaned No dishrags in kitchen, pots and pans are past their prime

Amazing experience!

Magical. We had rented this condo for a long weekend to celebrate my dad’s birthday for the whole fmaily gathering. Everyone just loved the place. It came fully furnished with every possible thing you could need. And if something was missing, it was just a text/call away from the owner. Pool/bbq/beach was literally steps away from the condo. Pool area was so nice, clean and private. Such a nice place to stay. Our family will definitely come back and spend another vacation here.

Memorable Family Vacation

We had a very enjoyable multi- generation vacation. The two story arrangement of the condo provides ample privacy for two families along with spacious cooking and dining areas. The condo was very clean and had all the linen and cooking supplies we needed. The pool area is very nice. We only had to call the owner once with a question, and he responded promptly. The location is great within an easy ride to Clearwater and other beaches. Because of the spring break traffic we used the public transportation system. There is a stop right in front of the condo- very convenient. Overall very happy with the rental.

Ok…

Parking was offsite due to construction which made it dangerous and inefficient having small children. The unit was newly renovated, however, the couch and linens need to be replaced. The couch gave all of us back and neck issues (solely from watching Tv, not sleeping) and the bed linens had tearing and the pillows were not very clean or had protectors on them. While trying to cook breakfast the first morning, i quickly learned the exhaust fan does NOT work and the entire floor smelled our bacon. Additionally, the horrible pans were partially to blame. It was our first VRBO experience and it just made us realize we are hotel people. I want to go on vacation and not have to do all the chores I would do at home (and without our nanny). The location was great but we won’t be returning. The host was very rude about the check out even after us expressing to him that the parking situation was horrible and trying to load our cars from across the street was more than just time consuming, it was dangerous! I would only recommend this listing to a family without small children and who want close proximity to the beach.

Great two weeks

Joseph, owner, and Joe, property manager, were both excellent in returning calls or text/ emails when we were confused about procedures. The condo is beautiful, felt very roomy for the 6 of us. Best part was out the back door to the pool and the Gulf.

Great family vacation

We needed a place large enough for 9 people and this did not disappoint. Never felt like we were in the way of each other. It was a perfect location on the beach.

Beautiful place, amazing location. Loved that property was a perfect size for my family and that it was just steps away from the pool and beautiful beach. Only 9 minute drive to John’s pass. Property was very quite. Will be back!

We so enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as advertised, and was beautifully decorated. It smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. It was very comfortable. The owner was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion/wedding week

property, was great could have used more towels/paper goods otherwise all was perfect. pool/hot tub were excellent beach a few steps from the pool. couldn't have asked for anything more. and we rented this at the last minute as our other condo, that we had booked months ago, apparently double booked us and cancelled two days before we were supposed to arrive. Joseph answered email and questions immediately and took great care of us.

Fun Trip

Great location and perfect for the 4 adults in our party. We were in the area for a special event and the condo offered us a perfect location to not only be able to enjoy a little beach time but also easy access to our event location in Clearwater.

Great home away from home!

We arrived early no problems checking in my granddaughter called it home! everything u need just like home. Great location to good restaurants, beach and pool area. Just right amount of other vacationers in area to have a great family vacation! Will definitely look to go here again

Love staying at San Remo!

Our parents stayed here last year and we knew it was beautiful. The renovations are wonderful. Communication with the owner was great and he was very accommodating. A couple of issues that were straightened out right away. Will come back again. Thank you! Miss Florida already.

Beach getaway

My family of 10 appreciate this condo vacation home. Very spacious and clean and adequate kitchen utensils. The pool is just a few steps away from the condo and the beach is also just a few steps away. We had a wonderful time and created lots of fantastic memories. I highly recommend it. My family say that if we go back to this area we would rent it again. Thank you kindly.

Stay #2 was perfect

This is our 2nd stay at this property and it was as wonderful as the first time! This time my kids brought a friend each so there was 7 of us and still plenty of room. Could have added a couple more. Always have a great time in this area. So much to do!
