Clear view of beach…morning shade, afternoon sunset. Dolphins every day…all times of day! 30 minutes to clear water, 10 minutes to John’s pass. Owners were great to accommodate extra request or two. Great experience

Fantastic! The condo was super spacious for the five adults and two kids. The couch and dining room table was large and comfortable for all. Huge balcony to watch the gorgeous sunsets and we saw dolphins a couple of days.The pool was warm at 85 degrees, so we could hardly get the grandkids out of the water for meals.Hosts were extremely accommodating when we had a last minute scheduling problem with an online job interview.We recommend Kenny’s Korner for breakfast and Backwater for oyster happy hour both two blocks away. We will be back! Thank you!!!

The condo was very clean and spacious for the 5 of us! Beds very comfortable and the location was ideal. We had great weather and will definitely stay again. After traveling to the area for the last 15-20 years this spot has best suited our family! We loved being on the top floor and having the private balcony!!! A perfect fit.

We enjoyed our stay. Was a great location. the condo was stocked and had beautiful views. The condo had a few things that were broke and could use some updating but overall we enjoyed our stay. We had issue when we got there and owner responded quickly and resolved the issue.

Great comms with the owners and a kettle was supplied with 24 hours. Our only grumble is about another owner basically trying to own the pool area and saying we could use his shaded area. The owners association need to sort this as it’s off putting when everything else about to the condo was great.

Our stay at Sea Oats was absolutely wonderful. The condo clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was great not having to pack beach chairs and floats. The location was perfect and the views were amazing. The beach was a very short walk and not crowded. Overall a fantastic vacation.

Lovely condo with the BEST view

We travel to Florida every year but never end up staying in the same place twice. This property may change that! While the condo itself was your typical 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, it was one of my favorite layouts and setups yet. The place was spacious and well stocked, and the view from the balcony was AMAZING! I also must rave about the couch. It was huge and all 4 of us adults were able to lounge on it at the same time with no crowding. The building itself was so well maintained and the staff on site were all friendly and accommodating. The location was also great. We were within walking distance of food and shopping for those that enjoy walking. It was also a short car ride away from John’s Pass and many other activities. I would absolutely recommend this place for your next Florida stay!

Beautiful Beach Property

The condo was large and very spacious. The rooms were beautifully appointed and comfortable. The beach was at the back door, with the lanai offering a view to wonderful sunsets. If we get back to Reddington Beach, we would definitely want to stay here again

Perfect location

Gulf front location provided a wonderful relaxing view and made it very easy to return to room with the infants for naps and feedings. The closet was well stocked with toys for the beach, an umbrella and beach cart to transport items as well as several beach chairs. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Refrigerator and ice maker worked well. The balcony door was sticking and difficult to open. But we oiled it and cleaned out the track and it worked better. Having a mirror in the third bedroom would be nice. The view from this unit was great the elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great area with many restaurants in walkable distance. 2 miles from Publix. The gulf front pool was great for the kids. Very clean with a clean restroom. More fobs should be provided in a room that sleeps 8. We did put a deposit on extra fobs but could not get our money back due to limited hours that office was open.

Family Vacation

Condo had everything we needed…except a pizza cutter! No one was ever in the office to get an extra pool fob, but we managed. Beds were comfortable as well as the sectional sofa.
