This home is located in the quiet 7000 section (North side of Ocean Lakes) on a VERY spacious lot with a Massive covered porch of extended entertaining space, which includes a propane grill.

Indoors:
Inside, there is cable TV and Roku in the living room and Primary bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen.

3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom
6 beds, sleeping 6 people. Maximum 4 adults.

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

This was a great family getaway for me and my family

This was the first time we have been back to Ocean Lakes in 24 years. It has really changed for the better. We enjoyed the house and Kim was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be booking again with her!

This was a fantastic stay. We felt safe and always had sometimes to do. The staff for the most part were always pleasant. Communication with the property manager was AMAZING. The amenities of the place was top notch. We had a grill, golf cart, washer and dryer (extra clean) and anything else we could need. The porch was our favorite.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay at Ocean Lakes! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well kept. Just everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was in a great location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to enjoy all the fun. The golf cart was a great bonus and made getting around so easy. We had an absolute blast during Halloweekends—so much fun for everyone! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Kim is a wonderful, attentive host.

Super clean, cozy, and exactly what we were hoping for! The layout includes one queen bed and four bunks, so while it is definitely a bit tight on space, it’s very well situated and honestly the perfect crash pad for a single family with small kids. Everything felt comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up for an easy beach stay.The porch and HUGE yard were an amazing bonus—especially in Ocean Lakes Family Campground where yards like this are few and far between! Having that extra outdoor space made a huge difference for relaxing, letting the kids play, and just enjoying the evenings outside.The well-kept golf cart was another huge plus. Since Ocean Lakes Family Campground is so big and there is always so much to do, having reliable transportation around the campground made the whole trip even better and much more convenient.We really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated how easy and enjoyable this place made our trip. We would not hesitate to book this one again and would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a great family-friendly stay. Highly recommended!

This was a nice cozy, quiet, clean getaway place.

This was a nice cozy, well equipped place for our family to stay for our getaway vacation. We enjoyed using all of the commodities that was available to us as it was inscribed on the listing and the renters done all that they could do to provide us in making our visit as comfortable as it could be. There is a nice comfortable well kept golf cart available that we used for transportation to and from the beach. The renters kept us well informed on reminders, rules and regulations and any updates that had changed before we walked in so that we knew everything that was needed to be known about the facility and park and our place of stay. Kim was always there when we had any questions and without hesitant always there to get an answer to us as soon as possible. If there was any issues she was always there to get it fixed as soon as possible and to make it right. Whatever she could do she was there when we needed her the most. Would definitely stay here again if time permits us to revisit Ocean lakes.

Perfect!

This house was pretty perfect. Had plenty of outlets and hooks (inside and out)! The outdoor shower was a big plus since there's only one bathroom inside. It's small but doable. Kitchen fully stocked. We LOVED the front porch, TV and dinner table!! Side note--one of the very few houses with a yard to play in!
