Welcome to our Luxury Waterfront Chalet! We have put a lot of love and many upgrades into this home and have prepared the space with you in mind. Enjoy brand new, updated appliances, a luxurious deep soaking tub, complimentary use of kayaks, paddle boards and a plethora of outdoor activity items. You'll enjoy the two lakeside decks for taking in unforgettable sunrises & sunsets, outdoor dining or simply relaxing. Retire to comfy king beds after a day full of fun and adventure along the emerald coast and you will never want to go home! Our hope is for you to have the most relaxing stay possible. Our Cleaning Team:
We proudly and directly manage a 5-star cleaning team that has been thoroughly coached in disinfection and sanitation. All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens including upholstery are disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority!

Children:
We have a variety of children’s items for your little ones. There are two pack ’n’ plays, a highchair, booster seat, baby monitor set, toys, books and foam puzzle piece floor tiles. There is a stroller, beach wagon, some beach toys and a few children’s life jackets. There are kids’ plates, bowls, cups, and silverware.

Outdoors:
The chalet sits on a conveniently located waterfront property. Follow the boardwalk path to a private dock that sits upon Camp Creek Lake, one of Florida’s famous “coastal dune lakes”. Conveniently walk, drive, or kayak to the most beautiful white sand beach in just minutes! If that all sounds like too much, you can visit the top floor deck area and enjoy views of the Gulf while overlooking the lake. We have kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets available for complimentary use (a brief waiver is required in the rental agreement). There is a mid-level deck off the living room with a outdoor dining set, and a bar with stools by the kitchen windows. This is the perfect place to enjoy a meal while overlooking the lake in the nice weather. The open area under the home has chandelier lighting as well as another dining area. The section by the driveway can also be used as a carport, so long as you first ensure your vehicle will easily fit. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after playing in the sand, or to refresh under the night sky.

Living Room:
The open concept living room features a lofted ceiling with exposed beams, rafters, and original wood paneling. There is a large, comfy white sofa, and plenty of chairs for relaxing. There is a decorative wood stove in the corner and a 43-inch Vizio TV over the mantle with Cable TV and apps like Hulu and Netflix so you can login to your accounts and stream. There is an Amazon Alexa smart speaker and a device charging station for you to use. The sofa has a queen-size pullout and we provide clean linens, blankets, and pillows.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has everything you need to make some delicious meals (or just coffee!) during your stay. There is a stainless-steel fridge, wine fridge, electric range with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, waffle maker and a rice cooker. There are pots, pans, mixing bowls, knives, cutting boards, bakeware, strainers, measuring cups, measuring spoons, and utensils. There is a kettle, cheese grater, masher, peeler, can opener, bottle opener, and a wine opener. There are water glasses, beer glasses, and wine glasses. There is a coffee maker that brews both single cups and whole pots of coffee, and we provide ground coffee, coffee pods, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, sugar free sweetener, and tea.

Bedrooms:
There are 3 bedrooms in the cabin. They each have brand new, super comfortable mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort. They all have room darkening shades for sleeping in.

MASTER SUITE: The master suite spares no comfort, it features a comfortable king bed, wicker side tables, a 40-inch Android TV with apps, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a luxurious deep soaking tub. There is a ceiling fan to circulate the air, and a closet with plenty of hangers, luggage rack, and a full length mirror, and there are power strips with USB ports. The en suite bathroom has a glass shower with tile surround, a dual sink vanity, and a powered mirror with various light settings and a convenient defogger function!

KING BEDROOM: The second bedroom also has a comfortable king bed, and a sliding door that leads to a large 3rd story deck with lounge chairs, and relaxing views of the lake and the Gulf of Mexico. It’s pure heaven! There are two side tables with wall sconces, a closet with plenty of hangers, a dresser, a luggage rack, and a ceiling fan.

TWIN ROOM: The twin is a fun, semi-open loft on the top floor, with two twin beds and two slide-out trundles for a variety of sleeping configurations. There is a small chair, a dresser, and a massive chest full of children’s toys. There are 2 racks with hangers, and a hamper. We also have plenty children’s items, there are two pack ’n’ plays, a highchair, booster seat, baby monitor set, lots of toys and foam puzzle piece floor tiles. There is a stroller, beach cart, some beach toys and a few children’s life jackets. There are kids’ plates, bowls, cups, and silverware.

Bathrooms:
There are 3 bathrooms in the home. There is a full guest bath with glass shower, en suite bathroom in the master, and a half bath with laundry. We provide fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels, and makeup cloths, as well as spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. We also provide cotton balls, cotton swabs, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.

Laundry:
There is a laundry area with updated washer and dryer in the half bathroom, and we provide a few complimentary laundry pods for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board in the laundry room as well.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire chalet, exterior decks, yard, fire pit, grill and private dock.

You will have hosts that are passionate about the area and highly motivated to make sure your stay is incredible! As property owners, Chyenne & Jon have been hosting for 4 years and have put so much love and thought into this space for you to enjoy! We are so thankful for our amazing cleaner Tiffany and her team. This wonderful team makes sure the chalet is spotless, and they assist us in providing welcoming touches for you upon your arrival. The chalet is located just off the buzzing Highway 30a on a peaceful cul de sac and is within walking distance to the hot-spot known as "The Big Chill" where you can eat, drink, and shop while enjoying family friendly entertainment. Minutes away from Grayton Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Inlet Beach. Also convenient to Destin and Panama City Beach. Centrally located along 30a providing all the fun and adventure one can wish for!

30A located in South Walton County is home to various beach towns, decadent restaurants, boutique shopping, and fun! It is a great place to explore, but travelling Route 30A by car during the busy months can be a slow moving trip. For faster travel, take South Watersound Pkwy to US Hwy 98 which runs parallel to 30A. Or visit Salt Air Bike Shop at "The Hub" for affordable rates on weekly bike rentals. This is a super fun way to explore the area, and you might just get there faster than by car!

Smoking
Smoking in accordance with Florida law is permitted outside only. We ask that smoking be kept to the deck area (with doors and windows to the house closed) and the firepit area. There is no smoking anything (including vaping) inside the home or loss of security deposit will occur.

Guests agree to sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking . Agreement can be made available for review if you would like to see a copy of it prior to sending a booking request.

Guests must be over 25 years of age to book and will be required to upload a government issued ID. Please inquire if you are under 25 with a good review history and we can discuss moving forward with a booking.

Guests agree to provide credit card information for a $1,000 security deposit hold. This hold will be released upon your departure if there is no damage beyond normal use and the house rules were respected.

If these three items are not completed you will not be given access to the home. You may cancel under the restrictions of the cancellation policy.
