The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Great Place! Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful unit, nicely decorated, convenient to all things, especially the beach! Just a few minute drive to Broadway at the Beach and all local and surrounding attractions! This was our second year in a row staying in this particular unit and we would definitely stay again. This year, we did have one issue. Mid-week, on Wednesday night, we noticed the refrigerator wasn't staying cold and items in fridge were going bad. We called the management company, who sent several maintenance people, including "the appliance guy" but no one was able to fix it. We lost what was left of our food and didn't have a refrigerator to use for the remainder of the week. The unit owner was contacted and he replaced the refrigerator after we left and before the next renter came in. He also refunded a portion of our rental for the inconvenience. Overall, was still a great stay, just had a bump in the road this year. Would highly recommend!

very nice place and close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay at Anchorage I unit 106 was very nice. The master bed is so comfortable. The only thing that I would have liked is lights in the room. They have lamps in the room, no ceiling light. I would also have liked a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. But other than that it was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
