Great location, right on the beach. Unit is a little dated, parking for two cars are provided, however the spot closest to the beach is extremely tight, would not recommend for SUV, the front parking spot is fine. Wifi worked without any issues, overall this was a nice place for the family, cannot beat the quiet beach area and would stay here again in the future.

Practically on the beach

The check in was very easy. The property manager checked in via text throughout the week. Parking is very tight, but manageable( we have a full size suv). The property is right on the beach, and very easy to access. Very convenient location to the beach, and other attractions nearby,

Great location

We stayed over 4th of July. The location was great. Close to the top of July 4th golf cart parade route. Condo overlooks beach and was easy to walk out for parade. Condo was clean and kitchen stocked well with plenty of dishes etc. You may want to bring extra dish cloths/towels. Also even though its provided, if you are particular about toilet paper bring that. Bed pillows are low quality as well. Beds were comfortable. Managment was receptive and sends reminders through text which is handy. And again the cleanliness was definitely up to standard! Property appeared well maintained. Condo was comfortable. Also TVs have cable so it was easy to operate. The condo has 2 designated parking spaces. One in the front and the other we had to hunt for. Its in the front right under the balcony. Note this is tight parking. But workable. Overall we would for sure stay here again. We had a great time.

Nice Location

The condo location is outstanding. You’re only steps to the beach, pool, and outdoor storage closet. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom tile is a bit dated, and the guest bedroom was quite hot compared to the rest of the condo. The only real complaint was an apparent leak from the condo above that shorted out the only light source in the kitchen. We spent the last full day and night navigating in the dark. Emergency contact was very kind and fast to arrive. Building HOA was notified, but the problem was not resolved while we were there. It seemed like a dangerous situation with water leaking into an electrical area.

beach getaway

This rental is nice and the view is beautiful, but could definitely use some updates. The cons: The bathrooms are very dated (cracked tile, old fixtures and tub/showers). The rental provides very little in terms of trash bags, tp, soap, etc. (go to dollar store). The tv setup has absolutely no instructions and is impossible to operate. Do not plan on operating tv. Parking is EXTREMELY tight. Make sure you have a very compact rental! And, if you are traveling with children, the rail on the deck is very unstable! Pros- But, the location is awesome, everything in unit works even if a little old. It is clean, and in a perfect, quiet location.

Enjoyment

We really enjoyed our trip. The ocean views were amazing and our time sitting and walking on the beach were great. The unit was just right for us. The beds were comfortable and the area seas well put together. Everything was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Everything was great! Loved the closet full of items to be used at the beach! Thank you! I think there should be more dishcloths and potholders. I also think the towels and washcloth quality could be upgraded. All in all, a wonderful place to stay! Thanks so much!

Great location and property

The cottage was a bit dated. Cracked tile in the bathrooms. The parking is very tight. Pick up truck and suburban was very difficult to park and get out of spots if other vehicles were next to you. Overall good place to stay

Short but sweet

We only stayed for two days. It was a pre vacation before the rest of our group came down for a full week. I would have been fine staying for the entire week. It was clean, great view of the ocean, and plenty of room for my family of four. Would stay again.

Third spring in a row that we have rented this property. Already looking forward to staying there next year. Beautiful location overlooking the ocean and easy walk to the peir and restaurants.

Dated Condominium

Condo is dated. It is oblivious that the owners put minimal resources to update this old condominium. I would give this property a rating of 3, only because of the view and easy access to the beach .

Wonderful Location

It was wonderful to be this close to the beach. Perfect for our small family. Property managers were great about responding right away to any issues.. Appliances and bathroom fixtures were a little old, but everything worked just fine.

Good View

The view and location was the best part of this condo. There were some issues such as air problems- that the owners fixed promptly which we appreciated. Overall the place wasn’t the cleanest, our bed had sand in it when we got in it the first night, and we saw a few roaches throughout our stay. The stairwell closest to our room was taped off which was an inconvenience when it came to loading, unloading, and getting our toddler in and out. The second parking spot was also awful as it had us cornered in between a large SUV and fence, therefore we had to leave the second car parked most of the week. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t stay again.

Peaceful, beautiful and clean!!

Our stay was during Spring bike week 2022. This location was just far enough away to not hear the rumbling of bikes all night or have to witness the inebriated bikers after a rowdy night. We didn't get the opportunity to bring our bikes with us, instead we brought a rail/dune buggy. There was the perfect spot to park it....out of view of the road and anyone looking to cause trouble with it and just below our balcony where we could keep an eye on it. The condo was clean and welcoming on our arrival and we were very impressed with that alone. Thank you to iTrips and the people that made the transition, both in and out, seamless. I have already requested the availability of this unit for our next trip!!! This was one of the least stressful and most enjoyable trips that we have made in quiet a while.
