Large, 3 Bedroom Condo close to Old Scottsdale

Come and enjoy this fully furnished, 1st floor, 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Condo. It is located in the Walden Court Community which backs on to the beautiful greenbelt with plenty of walking/biking paths to enjoy!

Our condo is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is only a few miles from 2 Spring Training Baseball Fields, the Scottsdale Fashion Mall and the Heart of Downtown Scottsdale.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, 40" television and an ensuite washroom with walk in shower and seperate tub. The bedroom also has plenty of storage with both a walk in closet and storage closet. There is a private patio off the master bedroom which is perfect to sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

The two other guest bedrooms are both furnished with queen size beds.

The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, premium cable package and free wifi.

The community has a heated pool and spa and a covered ramada area with gas grills.

Close to Talking Stick Resort & Casino and several golf courses.

The condo was nicely decorated and we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time. Spent a lot of time on the patio and the pool was just a short walk from our door. The complex is well maintained. The tenants are wecolming and friendly. The condo is in a great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
