The space
The bedrooms have a relaxing king sized memory foam mattress with king sized memory foam pillows..
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo and it's amenities. The complex offers a HUGE luxurious resort style swimming pool and hot tub. Also on the property is a putting green, a gym/exercise room and shared laundry. Laundry is located on the same floor as the unit and can be operated with coins or a credit card.
Other things to note
My main priority is to make sure you have a fantastic stay here in Scottsdale. Here are a few things you should know:

Please keep all communication on the platform. If there is an emergency or you need to contact us immediately please call or text the phone # that has been provided to you.
Your apartment has free WiFi.
Coin/credit operated laundry facilities are available within the building.
The apartment has heating in the winter months and air-conditioning in the summer months. It will be one or the other depending on the time of year.
Toiletries are provided including shampoo, soap and body lotion. We also provide bath towels.
There’s a laptop friendly work station, just in case you need to get some work accomplished during your stay.
We have other apartments in this complex. If you are travelling with a group and all need your own space have a look at my profile for the other listings or simply send me a message and I'll send you the link.
You will have 1 assigned parking spot. Additional spots are available on the street for free.

AC and heating is seasonal. Meaning in the winter months there is no AC. And in the summer months there is no heat. Please note this is the case for all units at the Maya Condos. So don't think another unit will have central AC, because this applies to everyone in this complex.

Lovely stay, Starbucks is right across the street and not far from shopping in scottsdale. Everything was neat and clean, well stocked!

The place is beautiful and located in a perfect area. The rooms are spacious and loved the fact that they each had a bathroom. The beds are big. The living room is comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small only fitting 1-2 people at a time but still worked. There wasnt a stove vent. So everytime we cooked the smell was strong. The place is modern and felt like home. The reasons I gave it a 4* are:1. There was a leak from the air vent which created a big puddle outside one of the rooms. We were td to throw a towel over it. Which was soaked when we left. Very dangerous to walk thru that hallway.2. No cooking vent.3. Washer and dryer situation. I asked where it was a few times and i did not get a response until the day before we left. One of the main reasons for booking this place was for the washer and dryer. We ended up washing clothes by hand. Not fun.4. I couldnt find the ice maker that was listed on the listing . I never got a reply on that. 5. There was no soap for washing dishes so ended up using hand soap from a bathroom. 6. Wish it had a lock inside the door. For more safety.The place itself is beautiful and located in a great area. I would have gave it a 5* review if we didn't run thru those issues.

Perfect space for a family. Quiet and great comfy beds. The owner is very responsive. Location is great for Old Town access as well as baseball facilities at Talking Sticks.

Comfortable 2 bedroom Apartment

This was a very spacious rental for the price. 2 king suites with their own bathroom was super convenient for me andy teenage son. Very spacious living room and dining room area. The kitchen was a bit small but it had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The beds, couches and chairs were very comfortable. The unit seemed like it was in a bit of a transition. This was an older complex and the unit itself was in the middle of being updated inside. There were some very nice improvements and furnishing to dress the place up, but some of the old and tired part of the apartment we're glaring at times. Dirty baseboards and solid surface floors and missing shower doors were the most obvious. The outside patio area was tired, dirty and uninviting as well. With all of that being said, you can't beat the price per night.

Misleading

This was definitely not the unit we saw online and booked. We booked a unit with a pool view not a street view. Plaster coming off the walls. Living room rug filthy. Floor slopes . Baseboards stained probably from water damage. . Empty water bottles and wrappers under the couch. Floors were filthy. Looks like the bathroom towels were from someone's garage. Very disappointing

Property seems to be partially updated. Some projects were half done. They were mostly cosmetic though. Clean unit in great location.

Great location near Old Town Scottsdale

Condo was in a great location -- lots of restaurants and shopping options a short drive away. Condo was clean and it was great to have covered parking close by. The pool area was a couple minutes walk from the condo and was very nice. The spa / hot tub was good size, but was missing the handrail (and had been for 2 months according to a resident!), which was disappointing and made it difficult for my 79 year old father to be able to use. Cleaning fee was not part of listing, so needed to tip for this separately. Text communication with property manager was great.

Disappointed

The place we stayed wasn’t clean. I also had to request access to the pool area multiple times and the key wasn’t given to me until a full day. We also didn’t have additional towels. When asked only 3 extra small not nice towels were dropped off. The carpet in the living room was dirty looking. The tables in the living room had dirt on them. It was also deceiving that the washer and dryer were not in the unit. The only nice part about this place was the location. I was disappointed that the price was rated at 5 star.

Old town Scottsdale

The complex and amenities were good. Loved the pool and spa. The unit is across from a strip mall with grocery and restaurants which was a plus, nice Italian place and a fun sports bar as well. Walk to old town was as described, maybe 10 min away with much to do there. The unit has been partially redone. Furniture and beds were super comfy, the bathrooms, some upgrades were good as well. The only reason I did not give five stars is that the place is really showing age and the unit is 2nd from corner of a pretty busy intersection so the road noise and foot traffic could be loud. I think adding plants in the outside planter boxes could be beneficial to the noise situation.

Great location for Old Town

The location for this condo is very good if you want to be able to walk to Old Town. The floorplan is good with space between the bedrooms for privacy. There were basic kitchen and bath items supplied.There are various signs of previous water damage, but they have been painted over. There is no hanging or closet storage in the primary bedroom as the walk-in closet is locked off, so we hung our clothes from the shower rod. The secondary bedroom has two closets but one has no rod and contained misc items, so it couldn't be used for any clothes.The host was very responsive to questions.We would stay here again.

Disappointed

Let me start off by saying the I have worked in facilities and managed commercial properties for over 38 years. My review may differ than others. This property looks nice on the outside, but the condo was well above 90 degrees when we walked in. Yes, we were informed that the AC is seasonal and may be turned off, but we didn’t expect it to be this hot. Our only alternative was to leave the windows open for fresh air, but there were NO screens on the windows. Front door has a security screen door, but NO lock. The presence of a security guard on the premises means to me that there has been problems at the site or there still is. We felt very uneasy with the windows open while we slept. Amenities and cleanliness are expected when you rent a place. Supplies; body soap, Kleenex in the bathrooms, dish cloths and hand towels in the kitchen. Vinyl floor, living room rug and sofas need attention. On the upside: Kitchen, bath countertops were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The property is very close to the Fashion Mall and Restaurants.

Really close to Old Town Scottsdale

Great location, clean place. Decent amount of foot traffic on the weekends, so expect some rowdy people to walk by sometimes.
