Esta hermosa casa, situado en el centro cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños y un patio tropical con piscina privada. Cocine en la intimidad de su propio totalmente equipado, cocina impresionante o relajarse en la sala de estar, que da a la zona de la piscina, y cuenta con techos altos con vigas de madera. Tome un baño en su piscina privada con jardines tropicales y una gran muebles de exterior. Esta casa ofrece todo lo que necesita en un lugar que no se puede superar!

Esta casa está situada en la deseable zona Poinsettia Heights, en Fort Lauderdale. Poinsettia Heights es una zona selecta debido a su ubicación muy central en el que está a pocos minutos de todo lo que Fort Lauderdale tiene que ofrecer. La playa está a sólo a 1. 5 millas de distancia y se puede estar en el centro de Las Olas Bvld en 5 minutos! Restaurantes y tiendas está justo al final de la calle, junto con las tiendas de comestibles y cafés. No se puede superar este lugar.

Amazing extended getaway

Elisabeth was amazing and responsive ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable, the property was very well maintained and equipped with everything that we might need.We really enjoyed! We’ll definitely be back!

The house was clean and comfortable with many amenities. We had an issue with a light switch and it was fixed within minutes by a property manager.

IGFA Event

We were in Ft. Lauderdale for an event only two hours from our home in the Keys, however, we never travel without our two Boston Terriers, so we booked this home due to its short distance from the hotel the event was held in, and for the fact that it was pet friendly. The home is nicely updated while retaining some of the original "old Florida" charm of terazzo flooring. Located in a lovely old Ft. Lauderdale neighborhood, quiet, with nice walking areas for our pups, and very close to a great restaurant, Storks, as well as to grocery store, shops, and the beach! The property manager was very polite and easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to our questions. While we did not cook any meals, I found the kitchen to be well appointed... everything was neat and organized in the drawers and the shelves. We would stay here again!

Great start and great location

Had a great relaxing stay. The owner and property manager has excellent communication and made everything really easy. The location was also excellent and close to nightlife, restaurants and everything you need.

Spring Break Stay

The property manager was accommodating- I asked if it was possible for an early check in due to my elderly grandmothers health conditions. The property manager was able to get us checked in an hour earlier but made a snide remark about how my grandma “didn’t look that old” when we arrived. The property was very clean. The pictures of this property are a little deceiving. The outdoor furniture pictured in the listing are lot the same in person. The furniture at the property is the some of the most uncomfortable furniture I’ve ever sat on. Very old and raggedy. The other option for sitting outside is the rough concrete. The pool is nice, although pool people will show up announced throughout the stay for maintenance. The cleaning fee is pretty much ridiculous for the amount of cleaning they’d like you to complete before you check out. Overall just an okay stay. I don’t know that I would stay here again.

Almost everything broke down during our stay. The woman who we had to deal with was so rude.

Dirty. The house needs maintenance. Stay away!! Waste of money 100% The lady who takes the calls for property was so rude. Pool is full shade.

All though I'm in the medical field and always working. This property was quiet, clean Perfect

Perfect location perfect people whom manage responds right away. Answer everytime you call even I only called once just to ask a question. I had clear months before my vacation they still answered right away perfect accommodations I also had my 87 year old grandmother with me who LOVED it

Great Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 6 people. The house was clean and very accommodating. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard as well as the pool. The owner was very responsive to all of our inquiries and usually got back to us within minutes. The location was perfect since the beach was only 10 minutes away and there was also shopping and restaurants everywhere. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back again in the future.

Home away from home

Nice, comfortable house in a great neighborhood that we were able to enjoy for 3 months. The property managers, Andrew and Elizabeth, were very responsive and helpful from the beginning until the end. Had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved. Elizabeth also helped in connecting us to a local dog groomer as well as other needed services. Being friends, we really appreciated the split design of the house where we could have our individual privacy when needed. Pool area is nicely done and relaxing. Unfortunately, pool is in the shade all day and is not heated. Being from Michigan we could handle the cooler water but it would have been nicer if heated (especially in January), Front yard could use some updated landscaping to improve the home's curb appeal. Open kitchen design along with the family room with all French doors out to the pool area was great for entertaining guests. Highly recommend this house along with the property management team for anyone seeking months away from home.

Anniversary

Great location easy check in process. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and functional. The dishwasher however could use some TLC along with the ice maker. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were in good shape. The towels were also in good shape. The pool was good only draw back it does not get a lot of sunlight and doesn’t appear to be heated. Also the picture shows a couch and high top bar like outdoor living and that is not the case. There is a table and 4 loungers so it wasn’t to bad but again not what I expected. Also the pool guy comes on Thursday mid afternoon this would have been nice to know but again not a problem. Overall I would stay again but it could definitely use fresh paint and the bathroom toilet paper holder doesn’t stay on and the rack in 2nd bath is coming out of wall. I think just minor wear n tear on a vacation rental but if no one mentions these small things the property owner may not know they need attention😃

Super Vacation

We were in town for the superbowl. The house was great. Upon arrival the house was spotless. It is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. We did not have any issues during our stay. Will definitely like to stay again.

Great location, nice pool, kitchen and living room are really nice as well. Like other reviews have said, If you have to call Elisabeth will a question be preapared for her rudeness. We called her, per the instructions provided to let her know we were on our way to the property. She responded with an “ok......” like, why are you calling me.... We then get to the house, get inside and go out the back to the pool. The alarm goes off. We call her again because no info was given on any alarms. She said “yea, that’s going to happen everytime you open it”. Needless to say we took the batteries out( we let her know we did that). On our 2nd day the cable and internet went out 6 hours, she said she’ll have someone come out tomorrow! Lucky we were able to fix the problem ourself.. Also they don’t bother to tell you s landscaping crew will barge in the back door without knocking and do cleaning for 30 mins while your sitting at the pool. Her response to that not being made aware. “You should be happy we do that!” The best was when she called my wife back to apologize for her rudeness and said “I don’t need ABA other bad review about me”. Hahahahaha. Again house is pretty nice, great location to shopping. Just don’t call Elisabeth for help.

Property was stunning, just like the photos.

We enjoyed the modern interior, very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had a few issues with the ice maker but Elisabeth had maintenance over asap and took care of it. We were a little disappointed in the pool, it's not heated and not really in the sun during the day in mid-February. We would definitely rent this home again, location was perfect and yet you were nestled in a very quiet neighborhood.

Great Property!

This was a great property for 5 of us (could have probably fit a few more in there and not been cramped)! Lots of room in the kitchen and throughout the place for hanging out. The outdoor patio area is a great place to spend time. The pool was constantly in the shade which didn't work out too well for us since we went in December, but I'm sure in the summer it is much appreciated.

OK until we encountered Elizabeth.

The property manager Elizabeth was very rude and unprofessional. She ruined the last moments of our trip. As I was preparing to check out, she appeared at the front door disheveled and barefoot. She did not introduce herself to me before she started to bark orders on how to prepare the house for check out. She started to make up rules and miss quote rules that were presented only after the reservation was paid. Although there is a cleaning fee, she claimed that we had to clean up and leave the house exactly how it was when we arrived. The property owner seems like a reasonable person, but Elizabeth was just terrible! A few things that need improvement: The floor is not level where the kitchen meets the living room. This created a tripping hazard. Also the master bedroom doors are sliding doors, and do not have handles on the inside. It was difficult to close the door while inside of the room. Getting out of the room, bathroom, and side door to the pool was a challenge as well. In the case of an emergency, you would not be able to escape quickly. Overall the house is beautiful and well decorated, however, the safety issues and poor service need to be addressed.

Beautiful home! The pictures are very accurate.

We would definitely rent this home again. The beds are extremely comfortable! Excellent location to grocery stores and minutes from the beach and Las Olas. Very quiet neighbourhood. The pool was the perfect temperature after a morning run or during the hot afternoons. Thank you to Elizabeth for answering my questions quickly and to Andy for renting us your stunning home.
