However, due to our daughter’s severe, life-threatening (anaphylactic) allergies, we are unable to accommodate any animals on the property — including service animals. This is also a home we personally use frequently, and her safety depends on maintaining an allergen-free environment. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and compassion.  ☀️This is our summer home that we absolutely love. We raised our daughters in this beautiful development and have nothing but beautiful memories here. We pray you have the same experience and are blessed on your vacation.

Our stay was very nice. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The only negative is you can hear everything in the condo as well as the surrounding condos. The water pressure for the hot water was very low. But over all a wonderful stay and the property has plenty to do. We will definitely stay again in the future!

The condo lived up to our expectations and then some. The location is great and the condo is beautifully appointed. It was recently renovated so everything felt new.The host is very responsive and answered any question I had very quickly which I appreciate appreciated. We would definitely recommend this unit.

The condo was very nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable, it was in a great area- felt completely safe and pretty easy to get around to restaurants and attractions. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but we brought them to the attention of the owner (manager?) and let them know it wouldn’t impact our stay.

Beautifully decorated condo with great amenities. We loved the convenience of the marina and the proximity to open ocean. We would definitely come here again. The only thing we wished was better was the shower water pressure, but it’s a common issue in the keys.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids under 10 years old). The pool was nice as well. Convenient location to drive to state parks, restaurants or other attractions.

Very nice apartment

The apartment was very modern and clean. The neighborhood was very safe, gated. There is a two cafes, one in the pool area and one by the beach. Would stay here again.

Great property - clean, well kept.Had access to pool and beach. Property had noodles, cooler for use at the beach and other places. I appreciated the easy of access to the elevator, trash, good supply of cleaning needs. The location was so well decorated and use of high end materials. We loved the property and made us of the pool (which has a grill and bar) and the ocean (also has a grill and bar, boat ramp, etc) the beach is a private beach and we saw crabs and a nurse shark!! Very wonderful experience!!! Would come back again!
