Péssimo não recomendo para ninguém local muito sujo na entrada tirei foto de tudo .

Minha experiência foi à pior possível 1- não tem telefone para falar com ninguém 2- tira foto da frente do apartamento e quando vc chega no local o zelador diz aonde vc vai ficar não sua escolha 3- zelador já pedi desculpas pelo o que eu ainda nem vi.Que chegando no local vc entende tudo cheio de infiltração nas paredes e TV que pega só 2 canais Globo e Record 3- faz uma propaganda que tem travesseiro lençól e cobertores kk tudo com mal cheiro e sujo 4- cozinha cheia de gordura suja muito tirei foto de tudo . 5- falarei para os 4 ventos como foi ruim espero que entrem en contado comigo por favor !!! Pois já aluguei em vários lugares mais esse meu Deus

Não conseguimos em nenhum momento falar c o dono. A tv só pegava a Record, pois a antena foi quebrada durante a obra q estava acontecendo no prédio sem a gente saber. O prédio é de frente pra praia, mas o anúncio não fala q o apto é lateral, a foto nos faz pensar q o apto é de frente.,.

Infelizmente o tempo mudou e não deu pra aproveitar muito, mais o apartamento é bem agradável próximo ao centro da pra fazer as coisas a pé. Eu levei tudo mais não há necessidade pois tem tudo para que possa passar uma estadia confortável. O seu carlinhos o funcionário do prédio muito prestativo e muito agradável. Voltaremos.

Mais pontos negativos que positivos

Pontos positivos: preço, localização, o anfitrião foi gentil em nos permitir entrar bem mais cedo q o horário previsto para o check-in, a tv é boa e a imagem tb. O zelador, Carlos, foi q salvou nossa viagem, providenciou quase tudo q pedimos. Pontos negativos: não tinha itens básicos como açúcar, sal, óleo, garrafa térmica ou fósforos pra acender o fogão, e precisa pq o botão de acendimento elétrico não funciona. Não tem sanduicheira. Não tinha pano de chão e o tanque, q fica no meio da cozinha, estava vazando. Para ligar o microondas tem q desligar a geladeira. Não tinha nem 1 rolo de papel higiênico no banheiro, o chuveiro não esquenta, dentro de casa quase tudo é velho ou quebrado ou remendado. Os pratos e talheres não são suficientes para as 6 pessoas q o anúncio diz q o apt comporta. As facas são de plástico, descartáveis. Tem apenas 1 chave, indo 6 pessoas todos tem q sair e retornar juntos ou quem chega tem q ligar pra quem está em casa (já q não tem campainha ou interfone) e alguém tem q descer 2 andares de escada para abrir o portão, já q o prédio não tem elevador. Não recebemos chave do portão de garagem. Para tirar o carro dependemos de o zelador abrir. Na sexta de noite queríamos sair com o carro mas ele não estava em casa e não atendeu o telefone, ficamos sem carro. Ainda bem q não era uma emergência. Sugiro a quem for q leve roupa de cama, toalhas, travesseiros e tudo mais q pretender usar. Nós não voltaremos. Mandei mensagem para o dono do apt falando sobre estas questões mas ele sequer respondeu.

Ótimo apartamento.

O apartamento é excelente, aconchegante, em frente a praia, com uma vista maravilhosa para a praia e a igreja matriz de Saquarema. Tem comércio próximo, não precisando utilizar o carro. O sr. Carlos foi muito atencioso com minha família e o proprietário também. Voltarei mais vezes e recomendo a todos que quiserem passar dias agradáveis em Saquarema.
